5-0 out of 5 stars Fun for Hours
I am 11 and I first played this game at a friend's house, and could not stop.I heard that it was not being made anymore.I found it used and new on amazon.it arrived two days later.it is fun for everyone in my family, me, my little sister, my mom, and my dad.

3-0 out of 5 stars The Wrath of Cortex could be better
I am a big Crash fan but this game wasn't what I expected for a next-gen sequel to the other PlayStation games. The graphics are pretty bad for an Xbox or GameCube game, and the levels are just a little bigger. It doesn't compete with other games anymore because it has stayed very much the same from the others, which were made in the '90s, even if this hasnew vehicles and bosses (There is also another unlockable move, which is tip-toeing, I used it once the entire game, and I didn't even need it).Speaking of boss battles, they were frustrating, but still quite fun.So to Crash fans, you will like how this game is more challenging than the other games, but will feel as if you've experienced the game before in its predecessors. However, Traveller's Tales did good in keeping it like the other games even if that became the thing I didn't like about it.It's got a good price, but I think it's only worth a rent to beat it, unless you are a "real" Crash fan and want to get 100% completion. If you're not a Crash fan, don't even bother with it.

5-0 out of 5 stars best platformer on xbox
XBOX has a lot of great games but lots of platformers are crap on xbox. lets face it thee trys lately have been awful. blinx the timesweeper whiplash zapper all that crap. thats why crash bandicoot the wrath of cortex is the best. the graphics are stunning. better than the ps2 version. basically the goal in cb woc is to go trough hublevels to get crystals. if you already played a crash bandicoot game you know the drill. there will also be timed relic challenges. and you will have to collect every box in a level to obtain a gem. once you collect every item in the game you can open up a new superworld that will give you another stage of levels. you can tell by the level layout that the developers were really using a lot of creativity. the boss battles are a nice addition. and another way cb woc towers over your mediocre platformer is the difficulty. crash has gotten signifigantly harder. remember how hard the original crash bandicoot was. well this game is even harder than that. so the difficulty is a nice change of pace for the levels. you get new veichles in the game too. a titansuit- you get acess to this veichle in- droid void crate balls of fire and cortex vortex. you also can use a jeep. youll get acess to this veichle in- jungle rumble and smokey and the bandicoot. youll also get acess to a submarine you can use it in- h20 and coral canyon. youll also get a copter pack you can use that in-farehinheit frenzy. you also get a scooter you can use that in- tsunami avalanche. you get a crash glider you use that in- tornado alley that sinking feeling crashstroids 4th boss level. and latly you a spherical moonball which you can use in- bammboozled eskimo roll medevil madness. also cb woc has shorter load times alot shorter load times than the ps2 version. overall with so many horrible platform games on the market. you should buy or at least rent this game.

5-0 out of 5 stars wow
are you ready for crash bandicoots best adventure yet. if you answered yes you have to buy this game. it has wonderful eyedazziling graphics huge gameplay advancements and increased difficulty level. there are 30 much larger and much harder to explore worlds plenty of scenery and some of the best boss rounds in a game. crash gets to his disposal 8 new veichles. a spherical rollerball a submarine a firefly plane a jet glider a copter pack a sleek moter scooter and an enormus titan mech suit. all of these veichles are awesome theyre generally used to get out of a level. theres tons of secrets to be unlocked an a new hub world addition. you canget to it after collecting everything in all the levels. crash looks sounds and plays better than ever. if you ask me this is the best platform game on xbox. just think of what is a better mascot blinx the timesweeper or crash bandicoot. crash bandicoots sold millions of copies on psone and now hes proving himself on xbox. forget all the other lame platformers and get crash bandicoot the wrath of cortex.

5-0 out of 5 stars if you have an xbox and like platformers its a no brainer
this is a fun game. it has wonderful graphics hard bosses lots of crystal clear envirorements lots of veichles to drive. and captures the oozing sense of crash bandicoot. if you have an xbox and like platformers crash bandicoot woc is a no brainer. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars An overall good game reviewd by an 8 year old
My son thought this game had great characters and enjoyed bashing characters with chairs, bats, and other things.Robocat's special attack is that he can fly up and then shoot bombs down. It's cool says my son."That will be about it", he says.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Family Game
Tom & Jerry War of the Whiskers is a tournament style punch 'em up allowing up to four players to compete simultaneously without any cumbersome split screen interfaces. Whether you are a fan of the cartoon like my son, or someone who just doesn't get it like his mother, you will find this game an enjoyable distraction.

The combat system is done well. There is more going on here than just punch and kick. Attacks can be blocked but while doing so you are vulnerable to throwing moves which can put you in some sticky situations. Each area has its own set of unique props that can be used to subdue your opponent. For example: in the kitchen area you can throw pies, eggs and chairs at your adversary or throw them onto the stove if you want to turn up the heat a little.

A variety of clever interactive environments and unlockable extras like characters and outfits give the game reasonable replay value. Which is good because my son asks me to play it with him just about every 15 minutes.

The four player support lets Mom get in on the action who without any love for the cartoon seems to enjoy smashing us with huge turkey legs and snow shovels.

This game has nothing in it that you won't find in the cartoon. Characters getting there butts lit on fire or being smashed flat like a dinner plate is about as bad as it gets. If you feel comfortable letting your children watch Tom & Jerry you are not going to have any problems with this game. Although as a tournament style fighting game it does concentrate on this aspect making the violence positively pointless.

Four player support, great sound, a variety of unlockable extras, rewarding combat system and a cool license rate this game an easy 4 stars. Minor control issues, short short single player and pretty poor documentation keep this game from being perfect. Still this is the best game of its type that I have played on the XBOX. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars It's about Ty-me!
Introduction:

Stardate: September 15, 2004. Ah yes. All settled in for what is going to be the best platformer of the year... "Sly 2" of course. No, not "Ty 2", that isn't out yet! I'm simply dazzled by Sly's presentation. It's fun sense of adventure. The humor. Oh, then there's a little thing called... the gameplay. Not as impressed... but wait all the reviews say THIS IS the bees knees. I beat it and while I think it has elements that are fun, the gameplay just doesn't make any sort of impression and ultimately had NO replay value, a very bad combination. Too much sneaking. Too little platforming. I then cross off Ty 2 from my lil holiday list. Why? Well, if Sly 2 isn't all I hoped, what are the chances that Krome, the creator of Ty 1 can come through? I was thrilled with Sly 1, so if 2 was a bit of a let down, maybe it's time to re-think things. Better safe than disappointed...

Then how the hell?

Well, I got a Freedom Pass. I got it before anything 'new' came out so by the time a new wave of games hit I wanted to try out, I was exhausted trying out last years garbage... and some of this years (SEE: ASTRO BOY). Anyway, Ty 2 came in but they couldn't find the Xbox version, so I tried the PS2 version. It had some shoddy frame issues and honestly the game looked fairly limp. Ah, but they got in the Xbox version the next day. So having put a couple hours into the game, and liking it behind the mighty, err, not so mighty PS2, I got a full wiff of the Xbox version. BAM!

How's it look?

Well, the colors are crisp. The character models are still needlessly 'lite' but the environments are a staggering array of lush grasses and nice shimmering water fronts. The game never faulters and while the PS2 driving sequences seemed quite slow the Xbox version moves faster and looks more crisp, a nice pair. Each 'Rang' Ty carries around gives off it's own lil effect, which isn't different from part one but is certainly something most reviews never brush upon. Got the Ice Rang out...? Ok, lil snow flakes come off of it. To me, it is and will always be the little things:) Ty's animations are quit good, much like part One. His swimming animations are what really set this concept of the little things off... get out of the water and like any good Tasmanian Tiger, Ty hurridly shakes off excessive water. Nice touch again, Krome.

But how does it PLAY?

Funny you should ask. Cuz while this game might lag behind Sly 2 in terms of pizzaz, it is above par on what counts... playing the game! Call me some sort of simple simpleton, but I love to bust open crates! I really do:) No idea why, but the amount of crates in this game that contain the opals used to purchase upgrades is commendable. The game format is thus that the player can walk around in the city or even go into the Outback in the back of a truck. Going from point A to B is aided by a map but is often touchy and a tad confusing, but doesn't spoil the experience. The game offers many rangs as upgrades and many items to collect, just what the doctor ordered. The control is a bit loose but never really seemed to demand perfection so I'd say it definately is above average. If you too were put off by Sly's 'auto jump' feature which has the player generally never in peril, you will be glad to know it is YOU the player that determines where you jump... nice huh? Sounds like a great idea to me.

What's that sound?

This is the one area that is very important to me and Ty doesn't disappoint in the least. Nice catchy Outbackish tunes, nice thick Aussie accents, nice Ka-booming boomerangs, and in surround to boot. The humor in the dialogue is a welcome treat but again, is a bit 'lite'. Even the many vehicles in the game have unique sounds, in particular I love the reverse sound of Shazza's truck... and those grinding gears:)

Conclusion:

Well, I didn't dabble in the story at all, platformers do not seem to need them and since it is so far between cinemas the player typically plays these for the sense of adventure. I must not conclude this review without noting the Cart feature! Yep, tucked away in this is a racing game. It's a fun diversion but sadly it doesn't stand much on its own since if you select the Cart feature there really isn't much in terms of 'goals'. At least none I could see. Race around a track 3 times, rinse, repeat. I suppose in a multi player format it may be fun, but I never met a platform fan yet that loves multi player games. Could just be me but I'd rather play alone. The Cart racing is handled very well, and is by itself better than many games on the market. I love the very wide open nature of Ty 2 but at the same time it had a sense of itself, it never let's the player travel too far astray but it definately has an 'at your own pace' pace. I would like to conclude this review thanking Krome for a great game, and at $20, a great price. Factoring those two elements together I concluded it deserved a great score. G' day!

I didn't think I could alter my 'very' scientific formula, but I did! (Warning do not try this at home:) Ty > Sly, Jak > Tak, Sphinx > Blinx, VeXx > Gex...

1-0 out of 5 stars Notworth your money
This game is ridiculously hard for a game with "Nickelodeon" on it.I was expecting something easy that my 5 yr old would like to play.Spongebob and Tommy let us down.Hard.Very little point to the game on multiplayer, some of the levels I (a gamer of many years) can not figure out the moves to and in the end the case makes a great coaster. My daughter is a much bigger fan of Cel Damage and Rayman Arena.XBox needs more kids games, but this one was a waste of money.I won't be taken in by the "Nickelodeon" name again.

2-0 out of 5 stars Pretty bad
This game is only for kids and if you play the game for a while you will get bored unless you are usually the age of 8 or under. The game is cute. I'm not looking for cute games. I mean shooting water, getting slimed, and doing a food fight is for kids. When you buy it, you will only like the games for probably like the game for 3 days unless you are a big Nickelodeon freak.

2-0 out of 5 stars Saveyour money
If you want a game for the whole family to enjoy, get Shrek.
Just because the cartoons may be good, doesn't mean the game is.
My 6 year-old doesn't like it.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not what I expected
I was excited when I first saw this game. We are always looking for a game for our young children to play. There it just not enough games for young children on x-box. This game was a big disappointment! There did not seem to be much of a goal to shoot for while playing. There are so many players on the screen at once that it is difficult to fine your player. It just was NOT FUN!

1-0 out of 5 stars How to raise the stress level in your house?-Buy Party Blast
This game is a piece of ....The system requirements on the box are misleading. It is tough to explain to a six year old that his brand new game can't be played until you upgrade your video card, even though no reference was made to it on the box.

And when the game finally works it looks like a hybrid of 2000 technologymeets 1977 graphics. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Ladder mode is fun
This game is phat because of the laddder challenge mode. It really stimulates your brain. You have tough games like The Packers, Chiefs, Colts, Jaguars, Patriots, 49ers, Buccaneers, and The All NFL Legends. But hey it's all worth it. It really makes you feel good after you win those games. A must get for the real football fan!

5-0 out of 5 stars Off the chain football action
This game is mad tight. The pick-up games are fun when you get to have a team with D-Mac, T.O., Charles Woodson, and Simeon Rice. I hate though when you got a team on the ropes that they can come back. That's the problem I'm having with Tampa Bay in the ladder challenge. Someone tell me how to beat them so I can defeat The NFC South. Otherwise it's a great game.

4-0 out of 5 stars good start
Well This game could have been much more instead the developers got lazy and decided to leave it as is.Not saying that the gameisn't very good mind u...but it could have been jus as good as nba street 2.
Graphics: The players look really good and this could be the game where nfl players get real pub, cuz is the real nfl u can't even see their faces. The fields are so so.... could have used a lil more fans on the side watchin and cheerin. but over all the gamelooks very nice...full of color and awesome animation.

Sound:Real cool sound.Except the player chatter is kinda corny and repetitive.. the music is cool but the ingame music should have beenreal music instead of the stupid 3 instrumentals u get. The game shines with the tackle sounds...damn when u get hit it sounds like a car crash VERY nice indeed.

Replay:not much the developers thought it best to set the game so when all your tokens run out u can't replay the other challenges to unlock all the plays and logos and stuff... this is Stupid!!!!
The legends in the game are nice...but only a handful which really sux cuz there are better guys that could have been added.

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun
This game is very fun if your good at it. Thepays are cool and the way that the game can go out of control with one fumble or interception. Yes this game was a rip off of NBA street but who cares if they can pull it off more power too em. FIFA Street will come out pretty soon.

4-0 out of 5 stars Sweet Game
NFL street is cool because of the graphes.
You can do a quick game and be a real team.
You can make your own team on a pickup game
aganst your enimes in the NFL.
If you want to unlock stuff play an NFL challenge. ... Read more

Amazon.com Review

Take the power and flexibility of a dedicated computer gaming system and combine it with the easy-to-use, instant-on format of a high-end console system and what do you get? Well, if you also add in DVD playback ability and broadband Internet connectivity, you get Xbox.

The advanced components inside Xbox make it the undisputed powerhouse among current game consoles. A 733 MHz Intel main processor and 233 MHz graphics processor from industry leader nVidia deliver photorealistic graphics in real time. A cavernous hard drive stores saved games and characters, making flimsy memory sticks obsolete. The built-in Ethernet port enables super-fast multiplayer online gaming over a broadband Internet connection. Four game controller ports allow you and three of your buddies to play at the same time, or you can use them for other peripherals such as gamepads, light guns, and who knows what else?

But Xbox has more going for it than fancy innards. The Xbox's Windows-based operating system is a breeze to program on, earning it grateful accolades from Electronic Arts, Infogrames, THQ, and other game producers. The less time developers spend struggling with the operating system means the more time they spend tweaking gameplay, which ultimately results in better games. And games are what it's all about.

Well, games and the fun of owning a green-glowing game console that looks like it came from Darth Vader's living room. --Mike Fehlauer

The Xbox Holiday Bundle includes the Xbox console, the popular "S" style Microsoft controller, the games Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Tetris Worlds Online, a two-month trial subscription to the Xbox Live service, and all necessary cables to connect your Xbox to your TV. A DVD kit (sold separately) is required to access DVD playback ability. Xbox Live requires a broadband Internet connection and an Ethernet cable to connect your Xbox to your cable or DSL modem (sold separately).

1-0 out of 5 stars Need help with my XBOX
I got my XBOX In Feb 04, its May 04, and already it will not read my games, none of the 10 new games I got for it, or any of the DVDs.Where can I send this or get parts for it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent System, but not without its flaws.
The Xbox is an excellent system for any gamer. The graphics are amazing, the sounds is killer and {most} of the games are excellent. Unfortunately, just like the PS2 and Gamecube, the Xbox is not without its faults.
Good:

Amazingly detailed graphics
Capable of incredible sound effects
Can play CDs and DVDs (not without a remote though)
4 Controller Ports
Good variety of Games
Well Supported by 3rd party developers
Some excellent exclusive games (Halo, Project Gotham 2, Halo 2)
150 dollar price point is 30 dollars less than PS2 (but still 50 dollars more than Gamecube)
Best Online Service (Xbox Live!)

The Bad

System weighs a lot-don't expecting anything you can bring on vacation
System is ugly-basically a big, clunky box
Lack of RPGS (save Knights of the Old Republic)
Lack of quirky (strange Japanese/Anime/just plain weird) games such as Mister Mosquito and Animal Crossing.
Lack of "kiddie" games- Xbox is geared toward the 15+ crowd
EA Sports games are not online compatible (the PS2 versions are though)

Overall the Xbox is an excellent system choice for gamers who love action/shooter/online games. The Xbox excels in these areas;in fact it blows the competition out of the water. But, due to the lack of games in certain genres, I have to knock the score down a star. That being said, if you are looking for a graphics powerhouse that is home to the best online games (Mech Assault, Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell Pandora's Tommorow) and the best action games (Halo, Halo 2, Brute Force, Deus Ex 2), then you should purchase an Xbox as soon as possible.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great graphics, but some problems
The Xbox is a great system. It pumps out top notch graphics and has some killer exclusives. Unfortunately, it is not perfect, just like the other 2 next gen systems out.
Pros:

Amazing Graphics (The Xbox's graphics are much better than either Gamecubes' or Ps2's)
Built in 8 GB Hard Drive
Best online service (Xbox Live)
Halo, Halo 2, Project Gotham Racing 2- some of the best games ever
The Controller S is comfortable
Good third party support

Cons:

The system is massive and weighs around 10-12 pounds
Have to buy a remote for 30 dollars to play DVDs
Basically No Rpgs for the system (Except the excellent Star Wars: Knights of the old republic)
Not many niche games (quirky games a la Pa Rappaa or Mr Mosquito for PS2 are absent on the Xbox)

Overall, the XBox is a graphics and sound powerhouse that has a very bright future. Unfortuantely, its lack of RPGs and niche games force me to knock down the score a star. Still an excellent choice for any gamer

2-0 out of 5 stars RPG geeks should avoid this like the plague
Lately I've noticed an emerging sense of "Xbox elitism" among male gamers. Walk into your local EB Games and inquire innocently about what console you should purchase, and chances are the entire staff will try to push the Xbox on you, regardless of what type of game you enjoy playing. My friend, a former EB employee, tells me of people who've traded in their PS2 for an Xbox on this advice, only to stupidly ask afterward, "So, I can still get Final Fantasy for the Xbox, right?"

I'll warn you here and now: If you're an RPG geek, DO NOT buy an Xbox. It has absolutely nothing to offer in the way of roleplaying games. And no, there isn't a chance we'll see FFXII on the Xbox. Sony might throw Nintendo a bone with Crystal Chronicles, but they'll never share FF with the American devil Microsoft.

The Xbox is a fine system...for my little brother, who worships Halo and any other game where he can 'blow things up real good'. The selection of games isn't very diverse at all--more so than the kid-oriented Gamecube repetoire, but not nearly as much as the PS2. Xbox may be newer and have better graphics, but I'd rather just be able to play the games I like. Also, that controller's as ungainly as all get out. And there's no way I can justify buying an expensive add-on for the right to play DVDs, when the cheaper PS2 requires no such thing.

So, if you stick mostly to RPGs, stick to the PS2. Perhaps someday Xbox will offer more in that area, but I'm not holding my breath.

4-0 out of 5 stars Best Console out there
Recently got the Xbox for christmas, and it has provided hours of fun.I have had the chance to use the gamecube, ps2 also, and easily concluded that it is the best.Just look at the processor speed, the graphics card speed, and you can see that it is superior.Nothing, I mean nothing can compete with xbox live either.Oh sure, you can say, "Ps2 has a built in dvd player, while you have to pay 30$ for an xbox dvd kit"Yet, the xbox has a built in online port while you have to pay 40$ for an adapter for the ps2.Did I mention the xbox had a built in hardrive? You have to buy memory cards for ps2 to save your progress.Ps2 fans can also say "But ps2 has a far larger selection of games"That is true, but, really any good game made for ps2 is also made for xbox.(etc, GTA 3, which the xbox version is better)While the xbox has exclusive titles including HALO!Best game hands down. With soon to come HALO 2, and fable. Not to mention high quality only xbox games like PGR2, and others.Cleary, the xbox is the best buy. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars BOOOOOOO
This is the worst product ever. It lags like hell. Also, my computer and xbox r in different rooms so i had to buy wireless equipment ($150) to play it.

5-0 out of 5 stars BEST ONLINE EXPERIANCE EVER
best online experiance EVER. sony sucks cause no good games, but live is good for many reasons. VOICE chat. dont waste time typing like in lame sony games. BETTER games, and more games. HIGH SPEED internet, less lag. so what, u buy the first year with the box, then u pay 50$ a year after it, its much worth it. u have a friends list and can invite all ur buddies to play games. And with over 1 million subscribers, thers many friends available.

4-0 out of 5 stars $50 for another year
Since it doesn't say how much an aditional year cost, I'll say it here: you gotta pay $50 for an aditional year. Unlike Sony, Microsoft does charge every year, but most magazines say that Microsoft's online gaming is better than Sony's. The quantity of games and quality of Microsoft is better than Sony's.

5-0 out of 5 stars Well Done Xbox Dudes
I was never much of an online gamer.I had played a couple of them, but I would much rather get my friends together and play them face to face. It's much more enjoyable because you actually KNOW the person and because of the whole bragging thing. When I played online PC games, I felt unconnected to everyone else, even when playing team games like CTF.You can chat to dudes on your team via the keyboard, but you can't do that on the fly.If your playing a FPS online and are facing say three opposing team memebers, you can't type in a request for backup without getting shot.XBOX LIVE solves this problem with the headset. It is very rare to see someone online without one.You can easily strategize with your team mates and call for backup quickly if needed.Being able to talk to your team makes you feel more like a team.
The friend feature on XBOX LIVE is awesome. You can tell where your buds are at all times, even if they are on a different game. And it's easy to send a friend request.Just click the players bar and scroll down to the person's name you want to send a request to.Or you can type the person's gamertag in at the XBOX LIVE dashboard. Also, say you're playing Rainbow Six 3 and your team is really getting pounded. You can invite your friend to play with you, even if he's not playing the same game as.This ensures that you can contact and invite your friends at anytime you want.
XBOX LIVE also temendously extends the life of your games.I had stopped playing Return to Castle Wofinstien a year and a half ago, but then I got XBOX LIVE.I was on that game for hours and hours of extra gaming time. There's always good competition, you rarely will be the uber killer. On the flip side, you can learn from the better players if your a newb and start wailing on other gamers in no time.
Overall, XBOX LIVE is a purchase that (I think) pays for itself.I have gotten fewer new games because I'm always getting new experiences out of my old ones.It is a very good investment for anyone looking to further there gaming skills or just looking for a helluva good time.

4-0 out of 5 stars It just GLOWS

4-0 out of 5 stars A "rewarding" racing experience
I'm not a Ford fan but I really enjoy this game. There are three things that I like: First, it rewards you for winning races and challenges. When you first pop the game in you have limited cars/tracks to choose until you earn them! The second thing I think is pretty cool is actually the sound...when you go through tunnels the echo is wild, when you skid on dirt you hear it like your ear is out the window!Third, tons of variety in regards to tracks, cars, and scenarios from standard race to stock car/NASCAR theme to driving skills challenge courses. One last note...I picked up mine in the "bargain" bin for 9.99 but don't let the low price fool you it's worth full price! One caution...if you crave "true to life" as possible racing...may want to pass on this one as it's really not obsessed with minute detail more on gameplay and variety.

5-0 out of 5 stars Yes its Ford racing...wish it were Chevy! But its great!
WE purchased this game for our little boy because he loves his Papaws Ford truck, and there is a truck that looks just like it in this game so this was a BIG HIT when he played it! Its really a lot of fun, even though my husband and I prefer if it would have been Chevy racing!Too bad we have'nt seen a Chevy racing game yet!Anyhow- its great and I would highly recommend this game. Its one that you should purchase.2 player mode is the best!

5-0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC ! ! !Much better than I expected
FORD RACING 2 (XBOX)...WOW! This game is so much better than I expected. There's no slow down, the graphics are fantastic and it's fast, man is it fast! The since of speed is amazing. If for no other reason, you'll love this game just for it's since of speed alone.
The cars handle differently, but all seem to have a good since of traction and, in case I forgot to mention, speed. SPEED! SPEED! SPEED!
It's not perfect. There are only 2 views, 3rd person(behind the car) and 1st person(bumper view). I really would have liked a cockpit view(inside the car), but you can't have everything. There's also not alot of car adjusting/tweaking. So there are a couple of faults. But for it's price, it just can't be beat.
FORD RACING 2 is easily one of the fastest and toughest racers I've played on the XBOX to date(10-15-04). Where it lacks in adjusting and tweaking, it makes up for in fantastic graphics and super-fast racing SPEED!
A MUST FOR ANY RACING FAN.

3-0 out of 5 stars Have You Seen Ford Lately?
I couldn't help but shake the feeling that Ford Racing 2 is build Ford tough. Much like the line of cars and trucks the game focuses on, the game is nicely priced and an acceptable means of gaming. It's not going to impress anyone but it's not going to kill anyone either.

The game looks surprisingly good and despite claims to the contrary on the box, it supports 480p. The cars also look solid, but no matter how hard you smash 'em you can't get a dent anywhere. The real problem with this game is in the control, structure, and depth. The control feels like driving a boat down a channel and never manages to have the powerful feeling that every great racer has. The structure isn't terrible, it's just not very good...same goes for depth and the game as a whole.

5-0 out of 5 stars Shockingly Tasty!
Expecting a budget title for a budget price I picked this one up along with a few other XBOX racers. What a pleasant surprise!

Developer Razorworks is the English studioe behind the excellent Total Immersion Racing of a couple years back and they have obviously got some skills when it comes to racing games. This title starts of with a weak subject and gives it the deluxe treatment.

Virtually every car Ford has ever made that didn't suck is here, along with a great many concept cars. Classics are in abundance all modelled very, very well. They look fabulous thanks to a state-of-the-art graphics engine on the NVidia hardware and the bright, over saturated colors fit the feel perfectly.

The sound is spot on too. The Mustang's 289 V-8 sounds exactly as I remember mine, only without the banging sound when mine blew up. The soundTRACK is all original and also surprisingly good. It's as though someone gave Weezer and Green Day testosterone shots.

The world is filled with abient animations that add to but don't distract from the immersion very much like TDK Mediactive's Mercedes World Racing. A huge variety of tracks is here with every type of racing from scenic rural highway to city streets and dirt tracks. Stock car ovals and rally type runs round out a staggering variety.

Every type of racing is included as well. The standard duel, time attack and such is here but also challenges such as cone gates, elimination, second off, and such add more of that thing this game has in spades... VARIETY.

The total quality of this game and depth of play value make it very much worth your hard earned ducats and I would recommend it ahead of the disappointing Midnight Club II, and execrable Need For Speed Underground.

No XBOX Live online play but there is support for posting your times and scores. Minimal but welcome nonetheless. No game which doesn't support Live is getting purchased in the new year (take note EA!) by this gamer. Head to head racing is split screen for 2 players only with no support for system link. Also HDTV 480p is NOT supported. Having said that it still looks very, very nice on an HDTV LCD display. Some titles have ugly artifacting when rendered on a fixed resoultion display, such as Sega GT 2002. Custom soundtracks are supported but the original music is such a good fit I haven't felt the urge to play my usual driving tune mix of Satriani and Meshuggeh. Nothing like the annoying gangsta rap crud that fills some other recent racing games.

Despite the missing features I am very pleased by this game and have spent many, many hours in enjoyable tension racing Mustangs, Gran Torino's and T-Birds by the sea. The driving physics engine is a credit to good design. Both a simple, fun 'Normal' mode and a meatier 'Advanced' model are available. The 'Advanced' is simulation style like say, Apex or Rallisport Challenge. The Normal mode is very forgiving and plays a lot like the excellent arcade racer Burnout 2.

You just can't go wrong with this level of play value, depth and quality for this price point. I'm buying a couple more copies to give for Chritmas presents. And no, I am not an Empire Interactive stockholder. :} From now on anything developer Razorworks makes is getting bought even if it is Mary-Kate and Ashley Practice Parking. These boys just have gotten it all right. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A must for racing fans
I give this game (Moto GP) 5 stars due to it is the best racing game I have played. But if it is racing in general you are looking for then I don't think this game could compete with some of the others.
Well looking at the game the bikes that you can use are very realistic. You can also use well known tracks. But one of the things is that the graphics could have been just a bit better and then it might just have been able to compete with other racing games
If you are a motor biking fan then this is the game for you, also it is a must for you.

4-0 out of 5 stars Awesome Game
Before this game was released, I really wanted it. When it was finally released, I raced to EB and tried the demo. I hated it! How could I hate the game I was waiting for so long? So now a few months have passed and I and I got Xbox Live. I tried the demo once and bikes were bouncing all over the place. That made me hate it even more.

One day I decided to really try and take a look at this game. I created my own race using the demo and had 16 people enter the game. First off, the Lobby is the best of all the Xbox games I've played. That includes NFL Fever 2003, Mech Assault and Unreal Championship. So I started the game and wow, this game just blew me away. I don't know what I was smoking when I played it the first two times. Handling the motocycles are no easy task. Just think Gran Turismo when it comes to handling, especially when taking corners. It will take lots of practice to take those corners at high speeds.

On XBL, the game is sweet. I experienced no lag and the races were intense. One good thing is that not everyone is on the same skill level, so if you are a new to the game you won't feel left out. The first corner of every race is always the most dangerous. Some are lucky to make it around the corner without being caught in the major wipeout caused by one or two people crashing. lol. Since I've played it that one time, I haven't stopped playing it. This game is basically at the top of my most favorite games list. And that list does include games like Halo and Splinter Cell.

I'm not deep into the whole motocycle racing thing, but this game is fun, especially when you see a lot of people in one area moving at high speed. Did I mention that the xbox communicator works great? Well it does. The games I've been in have very talkative people and that just makes the experience better. But be warned, one slip up on the track can cause someone to fly right by you. Its nerve wrenching when you have a high position in the game. You don't want to make any mistakes that will cost you your position.

5-0 out of 5 stars Tight!
THis is the most fun racing game ever made! The controls are great and the graphics are amazing. You can not go onlie with this game though. You have to get Xbox live and the online version comes on the setup disk. You use the real game to unlock special things in the online version. So they work together. If you have both, you're made!

5-0 out of 5 stars This game is AWESOME!
I simply cannot get enough of this one.Playing the game in off-line mode is an absolutely compelling experience and provides you with immense replay value. As if that wasn't enough, you find out that when you get XBOX Live everything that you've unlocked in the full version of Moto GP is available to you in the on-line version of the game that comes with the LIVE starter kit! This past Christmas, I had approximately 7 family members get an XBOX and/or the LIVE starter kit. After seeing what I'm able to do with this game they immediatly went out a purchased it.This is an absolute must have in your gaming library.

5-0 out of 5 stars Adrenaline pumping
Wow!The graphics and physics in this game are great fun!Really gets your heart pounding zipping around corners while a bunch of riders are right on you tail.Get this one for sure! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great game...better than TAK, almost as good as Crash B. ...
*TORK - XBOX*
I remember seeing ads and short videos for Tork on the official XBOX website a year or so ago. I was bummed when I found out it was being put on a shelf with the possibility of never being released. Thankfully, I was thrilled when I found out it was going to be released and even more so now after playing it. The levels are colorful with tons of eye-candy. The creatures are interesting, but usually simple drones to have a short duel against. The surroundings are fresh and interesting with a "never a dull moment" scrolling motion. The levels are sometimes easy and sometimes very challenging. I get to play the more challenging levels and my kids play the others. My kids love it when I play because the game is so good looking, they forget I'm playing and get captivated by the brilliant colors and non-stop action. They love watching it...seriously...they beg me to play! Okay, you got me, so I like the game too! But they really do like to watch me play the more challenging levels...really, really.
There's no slow-down and everything seems to be very well done. My only complaint is it can get awfully hard at times (and I'm a serious veteran video gamer, all the way back to the original Atari pong). Fortunately, there are plenty of checkpoints and if you lose all your lives you can start over at you last checkpoint with 5 more lives. There are very slight camera issues when you try to back-track. During a back-track effort Tork is so low on the screen it's sometimes hard to see a cliff or enemy and your next step could be very damaging or fatal. You just have to be careful and go slow. You'll get used to it but it can get annoying if you back-track too much.
Tork is a little more fun than TAK because it's more aggressive and there seems to be tons of non-stop action. Also, the levels take you to the next step or objective of the game. So you're not left wondering what to do next. It seemed in TAK we constantly was searching for the next level or objective and at times it became frustrating. In fact, so frustrating my kids lost interest in it relatively quick.
Tork's not quite as free-roaming as TAK, but more so than CRASH BANDICOOT. In fact, it reminds me of CRASH in many ways. There's plenty of colorful and creative levels, challenging bosses and you get to break lots of stuff for points and collect things for power-ups.
I would say it's not quite as good as the more recent Crash Bandicoot:Wrath of Cortex(it's real close though) but it looks and feels better than the first couple of Crash Bandicoots. If Tork does well it just might start a life of its own like CRASH did. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. This is cute and fun and worth the legacy.
IN FINAL: Fantastic game for all ages, especially for the kids(and Dads who like to join in with the kids now and then). Colorful with lots of eye-candy and very creative levels. Well done.
A MUST FOR ANY PLATFORMER FAN.

5-0 out of 5 stars Lots of fun
I had lots of fun playing this game too, but I haven't seen the final version yet.

5-0 out of 5 stars A lot of fun playing Tork !
If you like platformers like crash bandiccot, you'll love playing Tork. Gameplay is about transforming into three powerfull creatures (I like the Yeti! he has great shockwave attacks, a huge special power, and a nice fur:)
The graphics are amazing and I like the fact that the environments are full of life (try the "grevious gulch" or "Ice" levels first!)
The gameplay is simple and fun, controls are tight, camera smooth (with a limited control that can be frustrating sometimes at the beginning but happens to be good for this kind of game)
I highly recommend Tork, I give 5 stars, because it's simply one of the best platformers ever ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Evolution 2 rocks
this game rules with all the different places to drive and all the different trucks to drive. This game also has great graphics.

4-0 out of 5 stars One of the reasons I bought an Xbox
I Loved 4x4 Evo, so naturally i wanted to try version 2.Finally had an opportunity to purchase an xbox and well this game is darn cheap at costco so what the heck.
The game hasn't changed too much from the first version. Now teams are available which is a nice toucha nd the cars and track list is increased.
The same gripe I had about the first game still applies though. When you purchase an upgrade the computer automatically gets it.If you are winning races and thus earning money, shouldn't the computer have to do the same?Essentially, the rule of thumb is only mod your truck to things you need to be a bit more competative, but not to make a monster truck. Once you have everything you'd want in a truck, the computer is sure to beat you.
Where this game really shines is in two player mode.Computer can't cheat this way, and its just you and a buddy beating up a couple of trucks.Lets face it, its pretty fun to beat up your own SUV and not have to worry about repair bills.
The fully open courses also make the game very fun.In free drive mode, you can practice the courses, and plan for the short cuts which are mandatory if you want to win some races.
Definitely worth the price I bought it for...

5-0 out of 5 stars cars or trucks?
4x4eveo2 is ok if you like trucks and racing. You can coustomize your car. The tracks are fun with shortcuts everywhere.

5-0 out of 5 stars 4X4 EVO 2
This game is bye far 1 of the best driving games out there with over 30 diferandt trakes and 40 differant trucks witch u can pute new parts on it and can see the differance. there are also the race tucks u an buy. overal this game is an eazy to understad and use altho i do wish they could have ford in there too.

2-0 out of 5 stars AI opponents are invinsible - even after 100K of mods!
O.K. Godgames and Rockstar games did a few things right in this game - but ultimately they failed to produce a playable game. The load times are very lengthy. The menu is needlessly cluttered. In career mode there are 5 AI oppoenent vehicles. It is COMPLETELY impossible to out-accelerate the top car/truck regardless of mods - so the only way to get 1st-place is a lot of luck followed by a straightaway on the last lap - forget skills. For some reason it is TOTALLY impossible to nudge an AI oppoenent out of your way - forget everything you know about physics - going 110 mph and slam into an AI car - you lose he's fine - AI car going 40 and hits you - you are in the ditch my friend. Oh and lets talk about the shoulder of these race tracks! You can and will get STUCK on every little thing. Most games don't make you reverse from behind obstacles - they just penalize your speed - not this game. Trust me - this game deserve awards for its ability to cause needless aggravasion - shame on the Quality Assurance at Godgames and Rockstar games - this would have NEVER gotten by me! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars SSX Tricky is awesome
This game (SSX Tricky) is the best Xbox game. If I had to pick my favorite game, this would definitely be it. Although I have not yet tried SSX 3 and have never previously tried SSX, I am looking forward to trying them both. I know that SSX 3 would have alot to match up to.

SSX Tricky has a variety of characters. Each character is very interesting and unique. Characters also have their own board and outfits to choose from. (Characters include Phsymon, Elise, Brodi, Seeiah, Mac, Kiori, and maybe some others..) After experiencing a variety of different modes and gaining medals, your character will gain Experience Points. These experience points can go into 4 categorys, speed, edging, tricks, and stability.

This game consists of three modes, Practice, Single Event, and World Circut. In practice mode you can free ride and work on your trick book. Your trick book teaches you how to do many tricks. In reward for learning tricks, you can unlock new outfits and boards. In single event, you can choose from race, showoff, or time challenge. In racing, you simply race against five other characters (that are computer driven). Showoff is my personal favorite mode. Pipes are added to the course. The main purpose of this mode is to get the most points. In Time Challenge, you race against the clock and try for the best time. The third and final mode, World Circut, lets you choose between Race and Showoff. These are basically the same as in the Single Event mode except this is where your rider gains medals. And from medals, your rider also gains a certain number of experience points.

This is the best game, and you should definitely buy it. I hope that my rewiew helped you decide wether or not to buy it (AND YOU SHOULD BUY IT) ! I gave this game five stars because it deserves every last one of them. SSX Tricky has great graphics, modes, characters, and is all around a great and awesome game!

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect, can't be beat!!!!!!!!!
When I went on the disney channel cruise ship and played this game in the game center I stunk but loved it. I loved it so much that I bought it when I got an Xbox. The graphics are some of the best for a snowboarding game I have ever seen. You cannot beat this game in graphics or TIGHTNESS!!!!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars SSX Tricky
Out of all the XBOX games I have, this one is the best. This snowboarding game is a must-buy. World-Circuit mode is so fun and cool! Try collecting all the gold medals in all the levels of the game. It's hard! At least rent the game or better yet, buy it! Here's a list of my opinions of SSX Tricky.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best Snowboarding Game For XBOX
This game is awesome. I've played Amped and everything and I think Amped is allright but I guess I'm not going for a realistic game. It is great though. The people that say controls are bad shouldnt even own an XBOX. I have small hands and I use the big controller and pull off every trick in the game. I've even pulled off tricks so big it came up as ???. So if you don't like the controlls you don't know how to play the game. The characters are awesome because of all of there different personalities. The graphics are great, the courses are awesome, the characters are sweet. This game is just great. I recomend this game to anyone out there.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very fun, especially for the price now
Ok, so the hardcore snowboard simulation fans probably aren't going to like this game.Yes, some of the tricks are over the top, you couldn't actually do them, but that's the point, it's a game.If you wipe out in Tricky you don't go to the hospital. If you are ok with having fun and can do it without complete realism, give this game a shot.I mean come on, is Halo really realistic? And yes, some reviews comment about the frame rate having problems. In my experience it only comes up very rarely and isn't that bad.Only seems to be a minor problem when racing against a high number of other computer racers and having them all on screen at once, just get ahead of them, and no frame rate problems at all.Plus a lot of the fun in this game isn't racing, it's about tricks, and when showing off/tricking you are usually the only one on the course.Just deal with it when you pass the pack on occasion in a race. This game is worth it, lots of replayability, and for less than $ you really can't go wrong. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Graphics
If no one is noticed the graphics make this the worst game ever

4-0 out of 5 stars This Game is really Good! NOT
This game is too hard. To unlock cars is impossible. You can't see at night while you are driving, gameplay is stupid and over all value is nothing. This game is not worth buying. Needs a lot of improvement. To (...)!

If you want a good racing game get: Burnout or the 2nd one, Midtown Madness 3 and Project Gotham Racing.

5-0 out of 5 stars Sweet
This game is awesome. I bought it a couple of months ago and i beat it in three days. I love this game. It has all of the best cars and it lets you drive them a top speed. The concept viper, the jaguar xk220,and the ford are really cool cars and the game shows them that way.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Game!
This a great game because of the graphics and the new Underground mode. The problem with the game is that after playing a couple races in a city it gets very boring. The reason for this is the tracks are all very similar except for the direction you are driving the track in.

5-0 out of 5 stars this is defenitly one of the must have racers for the XBOX.
If you dont have this game you have no idea what you are missing. It is one of the best racers to hit the XBOX so far. at first i wasnt impressed with only having a supra and a cuda. and not being able to beat the third level. but after a day to get use to the game it was awsome. i really liked the difficulty of the A.I. characters and all the levels the game had to offer. i eventually beat all 45 levels and unlocked all 30 cars. but that is only the begining after beating the game you unlock all kinds of cool features. ... 3-0 out of 5 stars A pretty good game overall.
Pros:
-fun gameplay
-great creat a player feature
-great graphics
-good songs
-great commentary

Cons:
-franchise mode sucks!!!!(you can finish all 20 years in a day)
-no trade a player feature (you are stuck with all of the old rosters and cannot even change the lineup)

overall, this game is just okay, but I am sure that there are better games out there

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun But Easy...
I know this is kind of late to write about All-Star Baseball 2005. When it first came out back in March, I thought it would have no competion. Past ASB games had ruled the baseball video game world, and I thought this game would rock.

The first thing that is good with it is all the featurettes. The TWIB interview thing is really cool, and the whole baseball card collecting thing is great. The situations are cool and the stadium tour thing is cool. Overall, the game's features are good.

As for gameplay and graphics, that is why it is not MVP Baseball 2004. The game is way too easy. I was playing with the Mets and Danny Garcia was hitting .450. I had a winning record playing as the Pittsburgh Pirates. The only way I kept up with it was putting it on legend and taking every helper off (pitch aid, strike zone). The graphics though, it seemed that MVP has the best graphics around and this can't stack up.

The new camera modes are cool, especially the Broadcast camera; it actually looks like you are watching a real game. The fielder cam was pretty good, but if they can fix it up next year, it will rise to the top.

The most impressive thing about the game is the stadiums and the crowd detail. The stadiums looked identical to the real thing. The fake advertisements made it feel like you were at the stadium. Shea Stadium even had the ribbon around the Twin Towers on the top of the scoreboard. The old stadiums are great. If you could mash together MVP Baseball's graphics and gameplay with ASB's stadiums and franchise mode, you would have one helluva game.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Game.
In my eyes there has never been a good All Star Baseball game untill 05. The Franchise is very nice and so is the expansion teams. Pickup Games are very fun. The movments are very real. Xbox live is very fun. The stadiums are very very real. There is trivia between innings. I highly highly reccomend this game.

1-0 out of 5 stars Dissappointing
this game is too easy. the only challenge is if u put it on legend and hit without the hitter aid and strike zone besides that any moron could hit the ball.

1-0 out of 5 stars Another All-Star Baseball game
The first person view is nice, but it is almost impossible to find the baseball, or field at all. This was almost worse than it's counter=part All-Star Baseball 2004! Batting is terrible, and you have almost no control of where your pitcher throws the ball, that's usally the best part of the game. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good game. Live 05 , 04 are mush better. Not worth it
I think this game was an okay game. It will be better if they were in allstar challenge games like dunking or 3 point shootout. The graphics are pretty good. But Nba live is better because everyshot goes in in Nba inside drive and on live it doesnt so it seems more realistic.

5-0 out of 5 stars NBA Inside Drive 2004
This is the best, most realistic basketball game I have ever played. It took a little bit to get used to it, but when you do, it is incredible.

5-0 out of 5 stars The BEST of the Best
This game rocks!! My absolute favorite part is that you control the game. That's right: YOU!!!!!! Don't like your favorite player's rating? That's perfectly all right, because you can change the rating. There is a general manager option on the menu. Select that and go to edit/delete players. Choose anyone YOU want and change that person's rating. It's awesome!!!!! The graphics are just totally great and the only thing I don't like is that the announcers suck.

5-0 out of 5 stars The only basketball game I will play!
I was a big fan of NBA 2k series and thought that would continue when the ESPN games came out. But being that this is an xbox exclusive I went with this and I can't believe how much better this game is than all the rest! NBA Live series I never liked and ESPN just seems outdated to me. This game is not repetitive at all! My team plays like my team, the teams I play against play like that team and my players play like they should! Dunks are always different, real time coaching is a great and I love CREATE YOUR OWN PLAYER! After you create your player put him on your favorite team and play! I don't know how any Xbox owner could get NBA Live or ESPN over Inside Drive! The only downfalls of the game is defense isnt as easy to play as offense and Shaq is on the cover, other than that the best NBA game out now! GET IT!

4-0 out of 5 stars Best game this year.
This game is all around great, except for a couple of flaws.
I't should have a better trade option, rookies should have been rated a little higher, speed should have been a little faster. Over all this game is graphicaly the best. Also player contact is always a plus and the post moves are awesome.NOW WE NEED NCAA INSIDE DRIVE! ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars It takes a long time to load
I bought this game because pinball is one of the only games I can handle to play for any length of time. The game is great but it is not a multiple player game, and it takes a long time for this game to load when switching tables or players

5-0 out of 5 stars This is great pinball
This game is one of the better pinball games. It has a variety of tables and the graphics are some of the best on the X-box.They have to be seen to be believed.I highly recommend anyone with a love of pinball check out this game.

3-0 out of 5 stars Decent Pinball for the Casual Player
The average person ( if not pinball purists and fanatics ) will enjoy this title just fine. The graphics are detailed, colorful, and nicely rendered. The physics work well and the sound effects are pretty good. You will have to finagle the angle and the view a bit to get a good look at the table. Overall, the price is right ( wasn't Pacman for the 2600 about $10 more when first released ? ) and will take up good amount of your time.

p.s. The girls on the box ( as far as I can tell ) have little or nothing to do with the game and only serve to make the buyer look somewhat lecherous. The original pre-release box was better.

3-0 out of 5 stars Limited entertainment value
I love pinball-- the real thing, but this game doesn't come close to simulating the fun of playing on a real machine. I have Pinball for SNES, which is actually better. The camera angle on Pure Pinball for Xbox makes it harder to follow the details of what's happening, even when you disable the top glass and its reflection. The sound effects make some of the various tables (Runaway Train, World War, and Hyperspace) more fun, but I still became bored with it within an hour. Not worth the money. If you really love pinball, save your quarters and find a real machine.Or else save your dollars and BUY one. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars This game is fun for all Disney lovers!
I got this game for my birthday and as soon as I opened it I was playing it and having a great time. Not only can you create your own skater, you can skate as Woody, Buzz, Jesse, and Zurg from Toy Story. You can play as Simba, Nala, Timon and Pumbaa, and as Rafikki from the Lion King. And finally you can play as Tarzan, Jane, Tantor, and Turk from Tarzan. It is great fun and I enjoyed it very much.

5-0 out of 5 stars THIS GAME DESERVES 6 STARS!!!!******
We just purchased this game today and played it.My husband and I were fighting to play it while our 3 1/2 year old son would'nt budge to let go of the controller as he was playing it!Its easy enough our son can move the players around and he is really good at this game! Its also got challenges to do which is like getting a skating and adventure game in one! This game is very fun and great for the whole family!Love that it has Woody and Buzz in this game and that you can unlock additional levels like pizza planet and zurgs world! Also you can unlock additional players. As well as players from Lion King and Tarzan and even real kids that are included in this game that you can play. The sound track is great, I do wish it had some songs from the Toy Story, Lion King and Tarzan movies...but you can customize your own songs if you wish- its great!
This is like Tony Hawks pro skating....only MUCH BETTER, especially for our 3 1/2 year old.
LOVE THIS GAME!!!IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO BUY IT YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

4-0 out of 5 stars Great for kids!!!
My little sister got Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure as a birthday present. The game wasn't that great for me, but a blast for her. This game is almost exactly like the Tony Hawk series, except you skate as created kids or disney characters through bright colourful worlds. Tricks are very similar, multiplayer is exactly the same with Horse, Trick Challenge, and King of the Hill matches, and there is the same do missions for people to unlock levels and clothing as in Tony Hawk, also.

Pros: Controls are very easy to learn, there is a good soundtrack, you can play as your favourite disney chacters in their worlds, takes a while to beat.

Cons:The graphics could use some work, too easy for experienced gamers, corny, you can only create kids, strangely addictive, no xbox live.

In conclusion, Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure is a very easy game, a bore for more experieced gamers, but a great game for kids and the family.

5-0 out of 5 stars This game is good.
When I played the demo of this game, the graphics are good, no blood or guts in this game(I hate blood & guts), you can unlock Lil Romeo as a playable character for all his fans to know, and this game is fun.

5-0 out of 5 stars This game....
Rocks! You can grind on rocks! You can grind on rocks...and branches, and dominos. YOu can go to another planet and skate. Grind on the craters! And you can play as the old monkey with the red butt from Lion King. Yes, I repeat, you can skate as the red-butt monkey. That ALONE would get 5 stars from me. But you also get to skate around a pizza parlor and an arcade, oh yah, skate through the pizza oven, no problem. The trick list is exellent and the characters are cool and funny, just like in the movies. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Alright for $15.
It's not Need For Speed Underground 2 but what do you expect. You get what you pay for. I like that it has custom soundtracks and good graphics but the cars and trucks don't turn very good. It has 55 cars/trucks and 26 tracks. It does not have a in car dash view. The replays are fun to watch. The fact is it's a arcade racing game and if thats what you like then I recommend for you to pick it up. If you like a sim racing game then wait for Forza Motorsport that comes out in May. ...
