Great Pinball !!!!
I only have the demo and I love it! I am surprised everytime I play it and it's to bad it has been removed from the market as it is the coolest pinball game I have played. You never really play the same game twice. Although the demo has point or time limits it does play over and over but after so many points cuts you off but still worth a try till you get the real thing which is what I am getting ready to do.

Take a creepy pinball machine into your home..

I have played other pinball games but after awhile they get boring. I play this game for hours and still don't want to quit. Boring after a few minutes!!!!
I bought the nascar pinball game so I could have all five of the sierra pinball games. I was very disappointed in it. It's very boring after a few minutes and not even near as good as any of the other four games. The best one out of the 3-D sierra pinball games is Creepnight the second pinball game.

Creative, but very limited.
Although the tables are very creative, and the graphics are very good, it can be very limited, and sometimes difficult at some points.

The main table (Speedway) is basically the same thing for every track, the only thing that changes is the track logos on the position tower change to the track that you're playing, or "racing", on.

I was always a pinball fanatic since I was young, and I was not too pleased with it.

The movements are basically the same thing every time. There isn't much variety at all.

And I also think that 3-D Ultra Nascar Pinball is sometimes too difficult, and can really get on your nerves and can also be very annoying.

3-D Ultra Nascar Pinball has creative tables and very good graphics, but the gameplay is below average. In the end, I just wouldn't buy it. It just isn't worth it what it comes with.

Being a pinball fanatic I found this one of little challenge.The same movements for the ball over and over again. Very limited.Maybe interesting to a small child for a limited time.Could not hold your interest for any extended time period.

Fantastic Collection!
After trying out Big Race U.S.A. at a friends house, I set out to find the complete Pro-Pinball series. I found it with this collection. When I recieved the package, I immediately went to my computer and installed them. I am totally satisfied with this collection. It is the ultimate pinball simulation for true pinball fans! You will spend hours trying to master each table!

The best deal in town!
I bought each of these games separately as they were released over the past several years for over thirty bucks each each and thought they were a deal then! I can't believe you can get all 4 for so much less now.
If you are a pinball fan -- a REAL pinball fan, you will LOVE these. They will make you think you are playing a late 90's Williams/Bally table. Super-hyper realistic doesn't fully describe how realistic these are. But be warned: If you are only a fan of computer pinball and expect 20 tables which play nothing like a real game for ten bucks, then this might not be for you. If you like the real silver ball, this is the next best thing!

Not Real Pinball
I read the reviews that raved about this product but they were wrong. Pinball is about flippers, bumpers, and tactically nudging the table to get more play from the ball. It's not about inceasent boggie music, disembodied voices making pithy comments, flashing scores and pictures at the top of the table that distracts play, and prezel-shaped channels that limit maneuvering. About one thing the reviewers were correct: four disks for sixteen dollars is a great deal. The catch is the product is so high tech it isn't pinball anymore. I uninstalled mine and gave it away. What a disappointment.

Gamefest: Classic Pinball Magic
Buy this one! It rocks! This extremely realistic pinball collection is a must for anyone who loves pinball. It has a great "feel" to it & I find myself playing for hours! The tables allow you to play a "new" machine or a beat up old machine. You can even increase the "angle" of the pinball machine as to increase speed & action- & you can alter other aspects of your machine. Pinball For Adventure Gamers
This is a great game. If you like adventure games, you'll love this. It focuses more on adventure than pinball. If you're a pinball purist you may not like it. As with most adventure games, once you've got to the end, and beaten it, there's no need to play it again. If you're good, you can beat this game in one day like I did. You have to make skillshots to advance to the next level. Your goal is to defeat a mad scientist that's turning cavegirls into Flying Dinos. You may end up with a headache after an all day session.

"Multiball!"
"Multiball", you'll here this saying many times in this excting game. The game keeps you "n your toes" or "on your fingers" so to say. The software is constantly moving around from caves to valleys to a mad scientist's lab, and with the title-Ultra Pinball: The Lost Continent- come dinosuars that will interact with your pinball with every move.

Good pinball for PC
I enjoy playing this a lot.It has good graphics and a lot of challenge!!It can be frustrating because there's something to be accomplished at each "table" before you can go to the next table and I can only get so far.Some of what you need to accomplish is easy to figure out, some is more of a challenge.I don't play it all the time (I have a wide variety of PC games I play), so I don't get too frustrated at my lack of progress.And when I do play it, I really do enjoy it.There are a lot of different things on the tables and, because it's a PC game, there are things (like dinosaurs running across the table that need to be bopped with the ball) that couldn't happen on a "real" table.It's a challenge and fun and I can be a really bad pinball player in the privacy of my own home!It plays on both the Mac and the MS PC, but this game I actually enjoy more on the iMac.The whole family enjoys this one, from us adults to the 8 year old.

This game is hard,the flippers are small,the challenges are quite difficult,and they're slightly different from Creep Night and the Original Pinball Game.But it's pretty good.

My sister visits me on her days off from work to play poker and mega craps.My sister drives pass my house on her way to the Casino (boat) in Indiana, now she visits me first.Sometimes, she does not leave the computer to go to the Casino.My sister came from Virginia and stayed on the computer playing poker (all of the poker games) a very long time.Finally, my husband told her to get off the computer or he was sending her back to Virginia.Now, I am ordering her a game of her own.Thanks

INCREDIBLE!
This is the pinball game of pinball. If you ever wanted to play a challenging, addicting, sometimes fustrating pinball game...This is it. Once you play it and learn more about it, you just won't get enough. It would take me all night to write all the great details about this table...lol. Just read the other reviews. I just wish they had more pinball games like this out there.....(think i might have to wait forever.) On a scale of 1 to 10.....THIS IS A TWENTY!

Rollin' Silver Through The Ages
I gotta admit, Pro Pinball: TimeShock! is amazingly true-to-life: the games tend to be frustratingly short and low-scoring, and the ball never quite goes where you want it to, just like real pinball!

But seriously, I am amazed by how closely this baby imitates its three-dimensional brethren. And I'm not just talkin' bout the painstakingly detailed and amazingly realistic graphics, either. The ball travels around in a way that you'd expect it to-- though not necessarily in a way you WANT it to-- as if it was the real deal. It even gets hung up on the more remote parts of the machine on rare occasions, and may require a bit of a nudge to dislodge. Just don't `nudge' it too hard, or you'll activate the TILT function and lose the ball you'd intended to keep alive! Also, sometimes the silver sphere can get trapped in the gap between the third flipper and the right wall. But the real kicker that seals the deal: I've noticed times when the sphere goes `airborne', and I can actually hear it hitting the `glass'! Now, THAT'S payin' attention to detail! The only thing missin' is the bumps you feel as the silver orb caroms off of the flippers and between the pop-jets. Timeshock! even makes that annoyingly loud `snap!' whenever you earn a free game!

Please note, however, that the action on the table ain't necessarily the only action around. There's also a Video Mode where you use your flippers to maneuver your time vehicle down a tunnel. The object is to avoid the mines and pick up all of the reward icons. If you collect all of the reward icons in the first two levels, you win an Extra Ball. You can only hit three mines pre level-- if you hit a fourth, the video game is over and the table game resumes. I've done a pretty good job of mastering the first two levels of the Video Mode- I manage to grab the extra ball about two-thirds of the time. This game usually pops up when you start play on Ball 3-look for an orange light on the floor in front of the big green crystal; if it's on, then Video Mode is ready for activation-- and shoot the hole right in front of the crystal.

Of course, there's also a few side games that involve shooting the ball through the system of ramps in order to win various artifacts that can help up your score. These various games modes commence when the sphere is shot down the side-flipper ramp. When the side game starts, the player has a minute to shoot the ball through all of the lighted ramps in order to win the round. I rarely do well at these matches-the ball usually drops outta play before my time is up!

There's four table views one can choose from including looking straight down from above. But for me, the `standard' three-quarters view (the way it'd look if it were a real machine, and I was standin' up and playin' it) is the only way to go. Hey, call me old-fashioned if ya wanna, but that's the way I play it...

The best pinball game to date
Pinball simply doesn't get better than Timeshock!Sharp graphics, great sound, amazing "plot", and seemingless endless play and goals, this game has it all. Not only is the pinball board itself great, you have the interactive games that you can activate as well, with graphics that are astounding in their simplicity.

I'm a pinball fanatic so I have a nice collection of pinball games. However, if I were to have only one pinball game, this would be the one.

Beam Me Up, Scotty!
Being a Star Trek fan and wanting a pinball computer game, I figured I could satisfy both needs with this purchase.I was wrong.I recently upgraded my computer to Windows XP.STAR TREK PINBALL IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS XP.Some older computer games still play fine on my computer, but this game will NOT play at all.

Not too much too it.
Computer pinball games have usually been no replacement for the real thing. Going back to the days of Atari Video Pinball, which was fun, the video pinball games haven't evolved much since then.

Star Trek Pinball is no exception. It is fun, but the shelf life isn't very long. You will install it, play it a few times and then forget it.

The graphics are good but there isn't much that Star Trek can add to video pinball.

Overall, as a Trek collector, I would pick this up, but don't expect to play it often.

My families 1st computer pinball experience
Being the only computer pinball experience my sons and I have-its absolutely fantastic.We've spent hours going against each other for the highest score, most thrill points, brass rings, photo shots and bonus multipliers ect...but as we've gotten better, the faster we get that table moving the more it jams up on us and kicks us off in the middle of a game. I guess the high score now is the highest it goes, because anytime we start to pass it--its gone!I thought it was just the cd worn out but after reading other reviews I'm not so sure anymore and am anxious to try something new now instead of replacing this one as orginally planned.

Simply Fun
I have this game, and it a blast.If you like the ultra-realistic Pro-Pinball games, this may not be for you.But if you like games that are fun, with a sense of humor, and have a huge amount of video modes and other goodies, this one is meant for you.I love the Worms table, beacause it has so many different modes.Every time I play something new happens.Also the stuff the worms say makes me laugh.The graphics are great and the game was smooth on my old 8MB Win 98 video card.Also works fine on my newer Windows XP system! Only drawback was only 2 tables, though.

Not That Addictive
It is just a shame that they don't make good pinball games to really score on the market like they absolutely used to. With Addiction Pinball, there is only 2 tables to really choose from. While the Worms Pinball seems not so addictive, the other one, World Rally Fever really takes the cake. Hopefully there are better pinball games out there that can really hit the jackpot.

Why Addiction Pinball Is Truly Addictive
I got addicted to Addiction Pinball because it was included in Pinball Madness II...(Timeshock and the 2 tables from Addiction Pinball) If you enjoy playing real-world/analog pinball you should get an increadible thrill from playing these titles. -Just for the record, I own practically every title related to PC pinball at amazon and elsewhere and I feel Addiction Pinball has more entertaining value than even the great four ProPinball titles. These are challenging tables, BTW. Don't expect to exploit every feature on your first game, or to be able to find the cows on your first ball. -If you're a hopeless pinball addict, this game should give you a good fix for several years. (I'm going on my second.) But, please...be kind to the development team ... If you're still reading this...you shouldn't be: BUY THE GAME NOW! enjoy!

This is one of the most realistic pinball games that i have found out on the market. It is the only one that i've found that makes you feel like you're really playing a pinball machine. This is ancient technology,long ago outdated. It is not windows friendly and belongs in the catagory of the old DOS pinball sims,that didn't run smoothly,and are about impossible to get to run. I use this for a coaster!

The graphics are terrific!I also enjoy the fact that this game allows you to make so many choices for yourself.ANYONE can play this game because you can choose your own difficulty level.There are also some more subtle choices that you are allowed to make if you happen to fall into the category of pinball junky (like age and condition of the table).The video part of the game (the drill, the submarine, etc.) really add to the whole experience.Getting into the video adventures has been fairly difficult because I usually lose the ball as soon as I manage to get the video sequence started.I guess that I would have appreciated a detailed set of instructions before I started playing this game- which is the reason this game gets 4 stars instead of 5.But overall, a good game.

Yet another great one in this series
Fantastic Journey lives up to the high standards of its predecessors (The Web, Timeshock! and Big Race USA).It's not quite as complex a layout as TS or BRU, which makes it a little more approachable for a novice -- thereare still lots of shots to make and modes to begin, but the playfielddoesn't feel as "crammed full" as many other pinball sims.

The music is great, the physics are as good as ever, the graphics arevery sharp, and some new features (color dot matrix, morphing playfields,lots of awards and frenzies) make it an instant classic.

I still preferTimeshock! in some ways, but if that's 5 stars, this is 4.95 stars.Anypinball fan will love them both. ... Read more

This game won't install
The gentleman that previously reviewed this game is correct. It won't install as the disc sold on this site. I bought, and am very dissapointed. I'll either throw it away, or use it as a coaster. It tries to install directx 3 prior to game install, and never even starts the process. Error, and crash.

Avery Cardozas'Slam - TiltPinball
If you only could buy one pinball game, this would be the one to have. A great game! You have to purchase the original Cardoza game though (a two CD set). Available new from Cardoza Publishing. The single CD sold here by Expert Software will not download.(I know, I bought a copy here first and tried it on many systems, getting same error message).

Not worth the low price
You have a choice of five different camera angles.One in particular puts you right next to the ball where you get to follow it at a dizzying pace.This is where the positive comments end.

You have a choice of three tables but there are hardly any differences between them except for the titles and the music.It's a boring attempt at smacking the ball up different ramps for boring bonuses.There is absolutely no originality in the table design.Pinball machines from the 70's offer more variety.

Customization is nil except for the music and sound volume.You can't even adjust the number of balls (you get three).The gravity of the tables is set too high in my opinion as it's very difficult to get the balls up the ramps.Ten minutes is about the most even a devoted video pinball fan will be able to stand.

Get Big Race USA Pinball or Fantastic Journey instead - much better choices. ... Read more

When you can't play it at the local pub!
If you love the real thing and want to get the closest thing to it at home without spending the big money and setting up a space in your garage or basement, then this is it!

The detail, playability, settings and control are even more then the real thing.Put a big screen in front of you and get lost in the days past so much so that you will be reaching in your pockets for another 50 cents when you drop the last ball without even realizing it.

For those like me that have always wondered what it would be like to be the one to get inside the machine itself and make the game tweeks, this will give you the satisfaction (more so then the others).

If you've ever played it at your local pub and liked it, BUY IT!If you haven't but like pinballs.......You won't find another game on the market that comes this close.

Grand Champion!!!
I got this for my friends and i would just like to say that we had countless hours of nonstop fun with this game. However sometimes, it can get annoying when you're so close to being the Grand Champion and the ball somehow makes it way past your flippers. However in my case that isn't a problem because i am the Grand Champion. Haha Paul. Whats that, whats that, is that Magno Charger for the 5th time in a row. Who has 40 road kills. Oh and I'd like to say just one more thing, "Get it in the TAXI!!!" All in all a great game.

Better than the rest!
I received this pinball game from my brother and sister in law (Hi Mark and Jackie) for Xmas 1999, after having a fantastic time with hours of fun on it's predecessor, Timeshock. Both are outstanding games! While mostpinball games try to do too much (eg. multiple tables) poorly, this gametries to do one thing very well... on well oiled, awesomely realistic andutterly challenging game table that is fun, and full of new finds. A tenball multiplay challenge, video game intergrated, and loads of lights andbumpers, combined with totally green-light graphics and sounds (sorealistic, you can even hear the ball hit the glass if you smack it justright, like the real thing!), I give it 5 stars for playablility and funfactor. Full customizable play table, key controls (does not use a mouse orjoystick, only keyboard).It and its predecessor equal, Timeshock, are thetwo best software games I have ever owned.Have a great 2000!

Pro-Pinball:The Web
I have played many video pinball games and "The Web" is still my favorite.When you play the game you forget that you are playing it on a computer.The graphics, special effects and ball action are so real it is as if you were standing at the machine itself.The one thing that will remind you that the game is being played on a computer is the video segments within the game.It is exciting, realistic, strategy oriented & rewarding espically when you get scores above 2,000,000,000.When you reach that level, points pile on faster than you can imagine.That is if you are good enough to keep things going!
The developer(s) of this software have to be true pinball "Buffs."My hat if off to the writers of this software for their knowlege of the game and ability to deliver such a realistic and addicting product.If you play video pinball and do not have this game, stop what you are doing right now and get it as soon as possible.You will not be sorry.
