Graphics: 0 out of 5 The graphics are extremely bad. It looks like a bad cartoon. Bond is NOT a cartoon! The guns look horrible. Every single one is automatic firing! Even the pistol fires like a machinegun! You also see lines of light go towards the people when you fire. The reloadings are quick and pointless. The PPK reloading is 3/4 of a second long. This game looks like a cheap imitation of a 1970s arcade game. Gameplay: 1 out of 5 Extremely linear gameplay. You go forward in a strait line. Your objectives go along the path. There is absolutely no exploring to be done. The guards, when shot, go flying backwards like it's a bad steve seagal action movie. The controls are extremely hard and terrible. This game is not fun at all. Sound: 1 out of 5 A baby with a rattle could make better sounds than what is in this game. The deutshe d5k sounds like a bad laser gun from outer space. All of the other sounds are muffled so you can't hear them and they all sound alike. The voice acting is okay, although there is almost no voice acting. You mainly here the grunts of baddies when shot. The only reason i'm giving sound a 1 out of 5 instead of a 0 out of 5 is because it actually has sound. Multiplayer: 0 out of 5 It is so terrible that this game would've been better if they left it out. The movement and action is quick and stupid, and the maps and levels are small, linear, and painfully terrible. The horrible control scheme just makes it worse. Lengthitivety: 0 out of 5 This game is so terrible that you will quit playing it before you are even half done with the first level. Overall score: .4 out of 5 Wow. Four-tenths out of 5. That is pitiful. Rent or Buy? You shouldn't even waste your money to rent this game! It is so horrible. The reason EA probably made this game is just to make a few easy bucks. I will consider anyone who doesn't play this game to be a hero of the world. This game is horrible. As I said earlier, we have yet to invent a word or phrase in the english language to describe how painfully horribly terrible this game is. If you want to play a good bond game, play goldeneye or nightfire. Those games are fantastic. The world is not enough is also good. But do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this game. It is very bad. This game isn't bond. It is nothing to me.
The missions are playable, if unrealistic, you just don't get the James Bond feeling from this game, it's really a waste of time. Multiplayer can be fun however, not to the N64 Goldeneye limits, but good none the less. 2 Stars
I'm not the best at gaming, but I'm pretty good. I gave this game a pretty high rating, though. That tells you that this game is pretty good, and experienced games may get a kick out of this game. The main reason people might buy/rent this game is that it's just 007. Well, I guess this game was pretty good. I probably don't recommend buying it, but it may be worth a rent. Try it out. ... Things I was pleased about -- Mark Hamill (also known as Luke Skywalker, or the voice of The Joker in the Batman animated series)performs the voice of Wolverine...Very good! Patrick Stewart also handles the voice of Professor X.In general, the voice-overs of this game are fantastic, as is the storyline. However this is the best part of the game, and the rest really needs work. I felt like I was playing a beta version of this game. As others have stated, there is a tremendous amount of clipping. Clipping is when people and objects suddenly fall through walls, get stuck, or inexplicably die. Also, the levels are VERY long, and there is no way to save during a level. So plan on spending 30 minutes navigating a level, and if you die, you are gonna need 30 minutes all over again... The game is still very fun though -- I wish that Activision had taken more time to polish things up. I hope there is a sequel planned, so they can address the issues and improve the Wolverine experience...
You can find alternate Wolverine costumes throughout the game. You can also find really cool info cards that feature all of Wolverine's friends and foes. You can even (this is the best extra) have your own custom soundtrack in the game. This makes the game so much better than any other fighting/adventure game because you can put in some tunes that really rock and fit well with Wolverine's battles. Wolverine's Revenge is one of the best games on the X-Box. I would even say that it is one of the best games that I have ever played. If you love good fighting games and Wolverine you will love this game.
now this Game is cool for Wolverine's Fans or X-Men Fans it is better than Spiderman and one of the best activision Games, but some levels in the game gets harder. In The Game: *Enter the realm of senses, Using your heightened mutant senses to see scent particles and detect heat when tracking enemies. *face off with Sabertooth, Wendigo, Juggernaut and Magneto, while Proffessor X and Beast Help you search for a cure. well i still havn't finished the game and i'm Sure you will Have Fun Playing This Game. ... The game gets difficult quickly as new rows of blocks start to be added quickly by level 5 or 6.By level 10 you have to get 100 new lines to clear the level and they are coming even more quickly. At least when you lose you are able to restart the game on that level.Help is provided by black bombs which destroy all the surrounding blocks, and colored bombs which will destroy every identically colored block on the stack. There is some strategy to when you want to select blocks to remove them, sometimes it might be best to wait for more blocks to be added, and you have to pay attention to what is above that might fall on what's below. Super Collapse has been available on the web for quite a while to play on a PC or Mac.If you have played that original, the GameBoy version is a bit more difficult when you have to pick blocks by moving the cursor around a block at a time instead of clicking with the mouse on the block you want to pick.Pointing the mouse is much easier to get to the block you want to choose. The one mark against this game is that it doesn't save or keep high scores. There is a password that are given after 5 levels (and maybe every 5 after that - don't know - haven't gotten that far) but passwords are lame - Majesco, spring a few cents for saving next time.
Our kids (age 7 and 5) like it, too, but I think I've played it the most, while my wife sticks with the PC version. It's too bad we only have two GBAs because now the three "kids" (including me) are fighting over them in the car. I might have to buy a second copy and a 3rd GameBoy for family harmony. ... Deception 3 takes the basic structure of the second installment, Kagero, and adds oodles more options and ways to torment your enemies (the heroine [?] isn't as scantily clad, though). You create traps by adding "emblems" such as lightning, cold, and chaos to core components like falling rocks and arrow slits. Furthermore, each trap can be upgraded by boosting its range or damage or by shortening the length of time it takes to charge up, and also by adding magic rings to add effects such as summoning (foes are drawn to the trap's location, making it ever so much easier to butcher them). There are several different buildings in which you run amok, each boasting its own assortment of rooms, some of which have built-in traps of their own such as electrified walls and pillars that can be knocked over to crush the unwary. Your adversaries include typical fantasy RPG types like thieves, knights, and witches, but Deception 3 is far more dark and grim than a standard game of Dungeons & Dragons. The death cries of your foes conjure up images of voice actors in a recording studio, frothing at the mouth with their eyes ready to pop out of their heads, and the non-linear storyline (with multiple endings, I might add) nicely illustrates that a human being can be a far more sinister, bloodthirsty monster than some lame dragon or werewolf. The graphics during actual gameplay do a nice job contributing to the morbid atmosphere, but, admittedly, are a little dated by more modern standards. However, the images for the between-chapter menu screens are still mighty cool. Similarly, the music is lacking in variety, but what is there has a superb gothic feel and really enhances the mood of the game. Controls are simple and tight, and the challenge level is, for the most part, fairly low, but not so low that you'll be able to breeze through the game with your eyes closed (especially when you're up against a HellKnight...not only are they bad news with a capital B, they truly do look menacing enough to make you think twice about staying in their vicinity). Few games give you such a great sense of "completeness." Deception 3 is undoubtedly the best game in the series. Its main story mode sustains its deliciously dark tone from start to finish, and the trap license mode, where you must accomplish tasks such as killing an enemy with a specific trap or racking up a certain number of points within a certain amount of time, adds to the replay value signifiantly. It's a real feast for the senses if your tastes lean towards the dark side.

I was a little annoyed after watching those junkies kill his wife and kid, and i said, ok maybe this is just the beginning. I played it until just after entering the bank through the subway, (for those of you who haven't experienced the misfortune, thats like the 2nd section of the 1st level) and by the time I got there I took it out of my XBOX, broke it, and through it away. I wouldn't even pawn this on another gamer because it was so bad! Crappy gameplay, script, graphics, story, everything. Bullet Time was OK, except he seems to dive everywhere, he can't just stand in one spot and shoot, but that coulda been just me. If you are one of the few people who haven't played this game, be VERY happy! AVOID IT! I wish I could take back the few minutes I played on it, because they were completely wasted and I think i got dumber from playing it. (Not to mention disgusted as hell)
