This review is not to critique the game and say if it's fun to play or not.I'm writing as a parent of a just-turned-6 year old boy who was loaned this game. While it is rated "E", and you may think it's safe for your kids like "Finding Nemo" or "Cat in the Hat" which are also rated "E".This game is VASTLY different. If you love your child and don't want him or her to see images of Spider-Man being ambushed by 5 gangsters with machine guns in the opening minutes of the game, then I'd suggest you pass on this one.
My son cried his eyes out for 5 minutes when I told him he couldn't play it anymore, but then happily went on to other activities. It was hard to tell him no, but I'm so glad I did the right thing.

4-0 out of 5 stars Pack spidy up for the academy arwards.
Spider man is fun for me tell you get to let's say the 4th level. But It is a good game. The most challengeing level is the 2nd one. Here you can try to get out a collapsing building.Just remember to watch out for the bad guys. The sound is awsome.Unlike Pacman collection you can save your score and save the game. The color is nice exept in a dimm room It's hard to see without a GBA worm light [And I can see frogger in the same room].You need a plan to get into level 5 [which I haven't figured out yet] because you need stratgy to get to level 5 and keep your helth up. Kids under 6 probaly need to wait a year or two. In this game you can live the movie and have a ball.

5-0 out of 5 stars Cool
I got this game for my birthday and I love it. Action, Villains, dying, absolutely no getting past Kraven The Hunter, But still. I like this game a lot, but I like the movie Better. Although it's rated E, it has more violence than Samurai Jack, rated T. I'm sorry that I couldn't make this longer, but like I said, I'm only up to Kraven The Hunter. But still, it's fun. Well, that's it. I hope this review has helped you and encourages you to get this GBA game cartridge.

5-0 out of 5 stars Spiderman Game Boy Advance
This game was so cool, and it has variety of enemies so you won't get bored with this game. And this game sure will make you addicted (in a good way of course.) Anyway, what I'm trying to say was that this came was really COOL.........

5-0 out of 5 stars 4th Spidey Adventure is a must own
Starting back with the first Spiderman adventure for Gameboy color I have played all of Nintendo's spiderman games. All of them have been great and this is no exception. What I liked best was the brand new style they gave Spidey. It sets it apart from it's predocessors. And apart from a few lackluster bose battles (which are all original) there is great gameplay to be found. The makers don't delve too much into the big plot points of the movie but the story comes along nicley. Add that to tuns of secretrs to unlock and you have a unbeatable combination. Can't wait till Spideys next adventure. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars What the game doctor ordered
I used to be a nintendo person until it became old. A gameboy advanceSP was bought soon afterwards, but I only had 1 game. I searched for the perfect game, however there was always a problem with them. I just happened to read my brother's magazine out of boredome and found this game. Reading about the game I found out it was a Mario party based game and purchased it 3 days after it came out. My old nintendo joy lived once more! It is alot like Mario party with different characters. It's mini-games are playable on a different setting and you don't have to earn them beforehand. I don't own a link cable for SP, but with this game you can play multiplayer on just 1 system! Some boards are easy to win,but others aren't. I recommend the first 2 levels for those who don't want their heart broken. The computer chooses it's character depending on who you pick(ex:Courage always vs Eddy, reverse.) The boards are shorter, and the mini-game is based on the board. You don't have to have 4 players either. Here are mini-game tips.

Tips:

Greased Porkbutts:First catch your own pig, then steal them. Holding a pig is timed though. pushing A while touching someone makes them drop their pig.

Aim for the fences:(I'm playing as Courage!)Without moving the slingshot back you can get Cow. Move a little back for Sarah and Eddy. Shoot where they're going, not at them.

H2 uh oh:Go to the middle when it says ready. Don't go to a wall! You can touch the splash not the balloon.

Strike a pose: Don't look at the timer and just push the buttons. Careful on the keypad!

Zombeat the clock: Once you pick up a garlic touch 1 player. They are normal for a limited time!

Backyard boogie: Run and stop at a safe zone before you go further.

Fish frenzy: Don't go too deep and don't move the boat.

Grand prix is hard, I can't beat it.

Skating the u: Move the keypad left and right depending on where your facing.

Hide n' seek: Try all the places in order.

Weremole waltz: Just take it slowly.

Freaky fireplace: Most flames don't need the slingshot to move back.

Snatch-a-bat: Find their grouping spot and stay there. Catch slow bats too.

Cold cash workout: When the dollar is near a person just inch toward it.
I hope I helped you, sorry about grand prix! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A Yu Yu Hakusho Game With A Difference
Picking up the Yu-Yu Hakusho storyline from the Dark Tournament saga, players take control of 5 Yu Yu Hakusho character to go all the way and win the tournament. Being simular in gameplay to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, I was already pleased that this game was taking it's form. The game is enjoyable, with intresting cutscenes and it always feels good when a new character joins your squad. You need to have a strategic mind to play however, and it is really annoying when you put in all the time and effort to defeat the opponent, for one of them wipes out one of your squad in 1 or 2 hits. Overall, a really good game that appeals to not just Yu Yu Hakusho fans, but prior knowledge of the show and Dark Tourament saga will allow you to enjoy the game better.

4-0 out of 5 stars Legacy of Spirits
I thoroughly enjoyed this game.Yes, it does smell of Pokemon in the battle aspects. But I say the graphics are good, and I love the story. It follows Yoh's adventure from episode 1, meeting Manta, Amidamaru, Anna, Harusame, Mosuke, etc.And ends with hints of a new adversary in Zeke.As a fan of the manga and anime, I enjoyed catching up on the early episodes, taking much of the plot and dialogue direct from it and experiencing it.There's a few places it could improve. There was never much of a big challenge, especially as long as I had Amidamaru.I didn't have much need for items so I never ran out of money.I beat the game in about a week.I wish the game made some differentiation when using Unity Spirit Form or when using Oversoul. It'd be nice to play as the other Shamans and get to use their powers, or be able to use their abilities out of battle. But the story and script is well written, if the game seems a little young for me.

I enjoyed the mini-missions, helping out lost earthbound spirits, helping the spirits of a child who never had cats and an unsuccessful salesman pass on to the next world..Other choices, like which cd to buy at the store..Very humorous script had me laughing out loud at parts. It was fun when watching two characters have a fight during the cut scenes!4 stars.

1-0 out of 5 stars HORIBBLE RIP-OFF!!!
I got this game mixed up with Master of spirits and oh man did I make a mistake. People if you buy this make sure that you can get your money back. Its the stupidest pokemon-style turn-based battle system ever. The only time you see Yoh and other human characters is when walking around in horrible graphic chibi-mode, and then you control random spirits that never appear in the show to fight your enemies simply by pushing "attack" or "item" then your hp is lowered, or the oppenonts is. LAMEST GAME EVER!!!! If your going to buy a Shaman King game, either buy Master of Spirits or Power of Spirit.

5-0 out of 5 stars let the hawk soar high !!!!!!
This game is an awesome game its one of the best game ever its way better than than pokemon and dbz (my opinion) you shoul get this game i give it 4 and a half star and an 8.9 so over all its awesome not a waste of money youll like it and the shaman king is awesome its cool he can be one with his blue spirit guy i love the series and the games.im kinda of a fan ... Amazon.com Review

Mega Man: Battle Network is not the side-scrolling game that fanshave grown up with, but rather an isometric, role-playing adventure game. Forthose cringing at this evolution, don't despair--with an amazing real-timebattle system, this game should appease even die-hard platform-shooter fans.

In the near future, the Net is connected to virtually everything--from computersto office water coolers. An evil group is bent on dominating the world bycorrupting the Net with viruses. You play as Lan, a young hacker, who must stopthis threat with the help of his virus-busting program (and best friend) MegaMan.exe.

Lan can walk up to just about any object and either use it or get someinteresting (and often funny) information about it. In fact, this kind ofexploration is necessary, because there are Net jacks in the strangestplaces--even a doghouse. And while Mega Man.exe is deployed fighting viruses on the Net,you often have to go out and collect clues in the real world. This teamwork addssome refreshing complexity to the game.

Fans of Pokémon will like the battle chip system. Finding chips andupgrading Mega Man.exe is the name of the game, enabling the program to unleashmore powerful attacks. Battle chips can be sold, traded, and combined intorarer, more powerful chips. In addition, you can link up with a friend and tradechips, or battle for them.

The game's best element, however, is its battle system. Battles occur in realtime, with fast arcade action. Mega Man.exe can lob bombs, shoot his hallmarkcannon, summon other virus-busting programs to his aid, and more--depending onwhich of the 175 battle chips you find and deploy in battle.

Mega Man: Battle Network is a solid performer, but its story is geared toa younger crowd. Still, there's plenty here to satisfy fans of the series.--Bryan Karsh

Pros:

  • Amazing real-time battle system
  • Trade chips via link cable, or fight for them against a friend's copy of thegame
  • Interactive world in which almost every object has a purpose
Cons:
  • Story line might be too childish for older players

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun
Mega Man Battlew Network for the GBA is a nice game that is unlike most Mega Man games. In this Mega Man game, you fight on a grid with you on one side and the enemy on another side. On this grid, you can fire as many shots as you want and can choose a special card from a group to use. This is quite fun and most people should enjoy it. When not in battle, you can move around freely and talk to people. You can fight some of the PETs of these people. The plot is pretty basic though there is a small twist. When hooked to the net, you can get into random battles and earn money. There is also a small RPG element present. You can earn upgrades to Mega Man and improve his health, attack, etc. The only problem is that the game can become frustrating if you cannot find out where to go next.

4-0 out of 5 stars megaman rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In my opinion, megaman battle network 1 is one of the better games in the series (of course i didn't get to the end of the game but i got pretty darn far). there's many places to jack in, such as lan,s security system (shaped like a doghouse). Many tough bosses such as stoneman. any way you flip the pancake this game is awesome so might i be the first to say jack in!
Megaman,Excecute!

5-0 out of 5 stars Megaman's first rpg is......a complete success!!
The blue bomber is back in a whole new adventure on the game boy advance but this time he has broken out of his signuture side scrolling action platformer format and has taken on the card battling rpg format???? Well before you megaman fans start yelling listen and read this review to find that this is one of the blue bombers greatest adventures yet.

Gameplay 10/10
Alright the gameplay is quite strange for Megaman so listin up you switch between Lan (a human kid in the real world) and Megaman EXE (Megaman's newest form a netnavi who goes through cyber space kicking (...)) now in the real world you as Lan go through a normal life in his futuristic world where everything is run by computers but this means viruses are much more in number and can be deadly so it's up to Lan to take Megaman to the electronic device that needs viruses cleared out of it or hostile netnavis as Megaman you use battle chips (microchips that give him weapons and abilities) you can get these through a turn based system a meter fills up and when it does you pick which chip out of five that you randomly pulled (kinda like your hand in a card game) but you are not limited to pulling just one chip per turn you can also make combos by pulling more than one of the same kind of chip of by pulling two chips of the same code. A code is put on the bottom of each chip two chips that have a H code can be played in the same turn even if they aren't the same kind of chip and chips that are the same can be played together even if they are not of identical code by the way new chips (which there are 175) can be obtain from detroying viruses for example if you detroy a dash virus you may get his chip depending on what kind of busting level you get busting level is a rank system which goes from 1-10 and S and you have a better chance of getting a chip if you get a 10 rank rather than a 5 now after you have selected your chips you can fight the viruses in a 3D battle arena which is split up into 18 panels 9 blue panels and 9 red panels you stand on the blue and cannot cross on to the red and and the same applies for you foes on the red you move about dogding attacks while launching your own its strange for Megaman but it works very well aside from battling in cyberspace you will also explore and solve puzzles many of which require you to be both Lan and Megaman to solve them example in cyberspace there is alocked door but it has a passnumber it is based on how many chairs are in Lans classroom in the real world therefore you must become Lan to solve the puzzle. A way this is a rpg is that Megaman can level up but not through exp points he levels up by finding upgrade items such as HPmemories which raises your overall HP (you start with 100) and Powerups which raise your power rapid and charge up powers of your buster these upgrades can be found in various areas of cyberspace or the real world or by buying them from merchants speaking of exploring that is another great thing about this game you can explore areas of cyberspace in just about anything electronic such as vending machines, game systems, tvs, and the most expansive area the internet but you can still explore the real world and interact with the people in the various towns particapate in netbattles where Megaman fights their netnavi and trade battle chips noy to mention while exploring you can try to get all the battle chips in the game. Also old fans will reconize old bosses reborn in this game such as Bombman Iceman Elecman and Protoman.

Story 10/10
The story begins as you are put into the role of Lan a 5th grader kid who is off to school in his futuristic world that is run completly by computers because of this viruses are larger in numbers and more deadly so much so that destroying them with your netnavi example Megaman is a big course in school on the way to school Lan walks with his freind Mayl who begins to tell him of a hacking net crime organization the world 3 or WWW that is becoming more know throughout the story Lan and Megaman Battle the WWW to stop their evil plans but unlike old Megaman games you don't just pick a boss stage and go there you fight WWW as events unfold in the game.

Bottom Line 10/10
It will take you at long time to master this game trying to find all the battle chips reaching level 100 and battling WWW will keep you busy for quite awhile.

3-0 out of 5 stars A More Realistic Review
I believe for every review made by a person for another person should have an overview of the reviewers characteristic and "definition" of a good game for him/her.

I like RPG's but am good in all games. I define a good game by the right mixtures: Originality, Game Quality, Easy To Get Use to and Control, Action Type, Objective Settings, and so on. I'll make this clear and precise as possible. Please take note this is my OPINION, you might think different.

Good Things:
-The game is nice if you're bored of the same old pokemon games and their battling techniques.
-The games texture and graphics are a good improvement from other GBA games.
-The game is long and challenging.

Bad Things:
-The game can become extremely frustrating. Why? Many reasons.

1.Whenever you enter the net, you come across viruses or enemies, to make it simple. They are challenging at first, but in the later stages when you become powerful, they are just plain annoying, especially when you're trying to accomplish long, tedious missions given to you by the game. You must have an escape chip to actually escape! You can only hold 30 chips in your "moves" folder. So if you have, for example, 2, your chances of getting them and escaping battles you don't want is 2/30. You get 5 chips per turn that you skip and press ADD during your chip selection. Think about it.

2.The cost of items in this game is way too high, in my opinion. As a player in a RPG game, you would like to improve your weapons so you can defeat your enemies faster/easier right? Well, try to when it takes 10,000zens just to get one M Cannon, which does 120 damage. The common later viruses have like 200hp. The beginning bosses are about 600+. Therefore you need more than 1 powerful chip. How long would it take? Say forever?

3.Oh yeah, chip combos are made by putting same letter chips together. Example, two different chips with the letter L next to it, say Cannon Chip L and Dash Chip L. You can select it both at once and use it without the need to wait for the bar to fill up to select more chips. Its really hard to make the combos and play fast when you gotta check out the letters next to each chip to see if you can play it together. The letter range is long!

4.The missions are nice, IF YOU KNOW HOW TO GET IT! They seem to expect you to know exactly where to go. Well they don't Mr.Creator! Therefore, what you either do is get FAQS or wonder around, mindlessly and extremely frustrated, until you find where you need to go. Got Milk?

5.The only real fun is raising Megaman, upgrading him which is hell, and fighting the bosses and people with powerful P.E.Ts. Megaman is a PET. This is where it *beeped* up. Its usually rare or it takes a horribly ammount of time and work to finally encounter those few people. The rest of the game is filled with viruses that aren't challenging and you can't simply escape easily.

Here's a clue for everyone. Why buy when you can get it for free? HAHAHA.

4-0 out of 5 stars Pretty cool
As of 2002, Mega Man has been around for 15 years. Needless to say, the little guy has been quite prolific, hopping deftly from game platform to platform and bravely exploring and acquiring the skills of new genres. Aside from numerous action outings, the Blue Bomber has raced carts, played soccer, and has even entered a few fighting tournaments. After testing the waters in the Legends series, Mega Man has donned an .exe file extension and entered the Battle Network in a traditional RPG for the Game Boy Advance. Battle Network is the story of a boy and his PET. In the year 20XX, humankind has entered the "network age." To navigate this high-tech world, it has become necessary for every man, woman, and child to carry portable exploration devices known as PETs. Each PET has a personality which manifests in the form of a Net navi. These trusty digital assistants help you navigate the Net, check your e-mail, and battle against malicious code. After deleting a nasty virus from his oven, which charred his breakfast and very nearly his own mother, fifth grader Lan and his best friend/Net navi Mega Man begin to investigate the nefarious WWW organization. While Lan searches the real world for clues, he'll be able to jack in to various computers and electronic devices. In the cyberworld, Mega Man takes over the active role. As Mega Man, you'll be able to do a bit of online shopping to upgrade your battle capabilities, visit your friends' computers, and do a liberal amount of virus busting.
Whether you're controlling Mega Man or Lan, you'll be able to talk to the character you're not currently playing as for direction and support. When you're at a loss as to where to go or what to do, your partner should be able to provide at least a vague idea of what you should be doing. At certain points, you'll have to switch control back and forth to accomplish your goal. For instance, Lan may have to reboot a crashed computer to open up the way for Mega Man. The battle system of Battle Network is probably its most original and compelling feature. Unlike in a traditional RPG, skill is a primary factor here. Mega Man does gain levels by installing upgrade programs to increase hit points and attack power, but in true Mega Man tradition, quick reflexes and recognizing attack patterns can take you far. Battles take place on a 3-by-8 grid, initially split in two, dividing your area from the enemy's. You and the enemy will move and attack in real time, which results in fast-paced but strategic encounters.
In addition to his tried-and-true buster arm, Mega Man will use battle chips to aid him in battle. Each has a different range and effect. He will have a multitude of damage-dealing chips, such as spreader and longsword, as well as chips that can steal or destroy tiles, recover life, or even call in another navi for help. You initially start with five chips randomly chosen from your folder, and when the battle gauge at the top of the screen is full, you will receive more battle chips. As in a card battle game, collecting new chips and managing your folder will give you an edge in battle. Choosing chips with similar names or codes can allow you to use more than one chip at a time or perform powerful special attacks. New battle chips can be traded, rewarded for efficient deletion of enemies, or found online. The game's battle system aptly captures the essence of Mega Man, and so does the colorful visual style. The boy in blue himself has been smartly redesigned, as have other classic characters like Roll, Guts Man, and Proto Man. There are an abundance of visual and verbal references that fans will immediately pick up on, and the accompanying music matches up just as well as the visuals. Largely due to the battle system, the game is quite engaging and is in many ways unique among RPGs. If there's something that might hold you back from enjoying the game, it's the lighthearted and somewhat goofy story. However, the game doesn't take itself too seriously, so neither should you. Filling your folder with rare and powerful battle chips, battling against Net crime, and reveling in the silliness of the "network age" can make for a very worthwhile gaming experience. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars god make it stop
Life, why must you always throw new challenges in our path? Why do you force us to spend our time on activities that we do not enjoy and that do not get us anywhere? Why, indeed, are we driven to inflicting mental agony on ourselves, to warp our brain and numb our mind, aware of it every painful step, yet unable to resist? Why must we let ourselves be knocked down, trodden upon, only to scramble back up and ask for more? Why, dear God, why am I playing this atrocity of a puzzle game called Mighty Beanz?

Because I can't stop myself, that's why. Every spare minute at work, the image of beans being shuffled around a square playing field pops in my mind. While dodging Dutch traffic in my beat-up French minivan, I'm humming the horrible background tune to myself. As I draw ever closer to my computer, anticipation builds, and shows in the shaking of my hands and a relentless urge to salivate. Family and friends go forgotten, dinner remains untouched on the table, as I slam the door behind me, ascend the stairs with a determined stride, lock myself in my room, keep my window fully blinded...and play Mighty Beanz.

Some might argue, seeing the headache-inducing repetition of the game, the dizzying and mesmerizing moving around of top and bottom halves of beans in an attempt to match up the right ones, the ridiculous ease of the first levels and the wacky and uncontrolled increase of difficulty later on, that whoever is behind this cruel title has made a deal with the devil. Personally, I think he *is* the devil. Has to be; never has a game been so sadistically bad and impossible to put down at the same time. The whole concept of the game consists of halves of beans in the shape of people falling down into the playing field, and having to switch them with each other to match up each top half with the right bottom half, causing both to be removed from the playing field. In the meantime, of course, the game liberally tosses new ones onto the field, hoping to be quicker than you are in cleaning them up. Both the speed with which this happens and how many different kinds of beans there are scales up per level, and scales up from pathetically easy to "oh God, why hast Thou forsaken me" in about ten minutes, tops. The bizarre result is that in the first level, you can sit and watch while the bean parts entering the screen automatically fall into the right position, and you win without actually doing anything. Whereas just a few levels later, you are working yourself in a furious sweat, moving beans around faster than the eye can see, hoping to get enough matches in the little time you have. Heck, sometimes the best results are achieved just by moving entire rows around randomly and living off the accidental matches this inevitably causes. Such is the life of a player of Magic Beanz.

The fact that you can only switch two bean parts with each other, or move a bean part horizontally, often results in the confusing situation where you have a top and bottom apart lined up, but can't actually stack them. What also doesn't help is that on 9 out of 10 bean types, the top and bottom parts look absolutely nothing alike. While your cursor hovers over a bean part, a helpful image of the full bean is shown at the side of the screen, but by the time your eyes wander back to the playing field to look for any matches, you'll have forgotten again what it looks like. Very few of the beans fit logically together, and more infuriating, a lot match aesthetically with parts of *other* beans. If you go entirely by gut feeling, you can make some great matches that the game flat out rejects. Yet you keep playing Mighty Beanz.

The same thing just keeps going on and on. A few "power-ups" are available by making a bean match in a specific spot lighting up for maybe three seconds, but only one of them, the ability to stop new bean parts from falling down for a couple of seconds, is of any practical use. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the arrival of new parts, anyway. Sometimes it's quiet for half a minute, and sometimes 20 of them arrive at once. Especially in the later levels, the game constantly manages to confuse and unnerve you with this and make your frantic attempts to line up the beans even more futile. Absolute concentration is required, and not granted. The whole thing seems to be programmed specifically to make you lose. And when the Game Over screen appears, you start another game of Mighty Beanz.

So why not just put it aside and play something worthwhile? Something with more depth, more game modes, and less migraine and frustration? Good luck! Once you've played Mighty Beanz, you will find the idea of quitting alien and inconceivable. You must play it again. Your blood sings for it, your heart pounds at the thought of not being able to anymore, well meant suggestions from friends to sell your cart on eBay will result in bouts of unrestrained violence. How dare they! If you want to play a game that sucks that is *your* business and yours alone! And you return to playing Mighty Beanz.

By all that's good and holy, steer clear of this game. It will take control of your life, of all your gaming, and reduce your once illustrious and many-faceted hobby to a mockery of itself, an endless string of unholy torment, of wailing and suffering, of gnashing of teeth and clattering of handcuffs, of matching up beans over and over and over again. Whatever you do, wherever you go, heed my advice, dear wanderer: never, ever, play Mighty Beanz. I'm off to play Mighty Beanz.

5-0 out of 5 stars The most underrated GBA game
This is, by far, the greatest Game Boy Advance game I have ever played, even though I've played Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and all the latest Pokemon games.

The graphics are great. They're even better than the graphics on some PlayStation games! The sound is awesome, too.Though the Game Boy Advance is somewhat limited in the sound area, this game rises above that.

It has amazing replayability, too.Even after you've "collected" all of the Beanz, you'll want to keep playing the time trials and puzzles...yes, it's that fun!

It's extremely fun to play.Whether you're in Time Trial or Puzzle mode, the goal is always to match the Bean tops and bottoms, though the layout and way of doing so is different between the two modes.

Overall, this game is great, just very underrated. It could be really popular if more people knew about it - maybe even as popular as the real-life Beanz.

If you have a kid who likes Mighty Beanz and/or puzzle games, definitely consider getting this game for him/her.No knowledge of Mighty Beanz is required to play. Also, if you're not an adult, consider getting this game for yourself.

It's very fun, and very worth the low price!

1-0 out of 5 stars MMBN4>>>>>>>>>>Mighty beans
This game is just bad bad bad. If you want your children to have fun get them a real game. All kids do is get games they hear alot about when most good games are under rated. Take the Mega Man Battle Network games (the show Mega man: NT Warrior is based off these game You can be like me and HATE NT Warrior and still love this game)MMBN 4 Is coming out this coming week (June 28) And I will tell you it is fun for all ages. It is a game me and my friends have been waiting 4 (pun intended) for close to a year now. I can asure your children will love it over Mighty beanz

4-0 out of 5 stars Suprisingly good
My son is a Mighty Beanz fanatic. I knew he would love this game for his birthday. I bought it blindly here - hoping it wouldn't suck. (Come-on, you know you've done it before!)
Much to my suprise it's a fun little game. It's a fast paced puzzle game. You match the bean halves and "collect" the different beanz.
If you've got a video game geek and a bean fan in your house- this is a good bet!

5-0 out of 5 stars THE GAME TOO GET!!!!!

2-0 out of 5 stars I HATE it!
Just to let you know, I am not a kid under the age of 13. [...]This game is totally not enjoyable. I mean who would enjoy a boy with no shirt on running around in his nightmares. On christmas day I was truly dissapointed to see this game under my tree and under some tacky wrapping paper. I was expecting the DS(not in that box) or at least Donkey Kong Country 2. I am not a fan of tak games I am not into magic and all that crazy crap. As I played the game, it was okay, not good but okay, but it got a little fustrating for me and I started to hate it. It is expecially fustrating when you run out of power and it makes an annoying sound when you try to doing an action using your staff. After that one day I stopped playing it. I let my godbrother borrow it (he is into that stuff) and he kept it instead, but I didn't care, it's not like I wanted it back. Overall this game has okay gameplay, corny graphics, and overall, to me it is between horrible and alright

5-0 out of 5 stars This game rocks!!!
I really like this game and think it is excellent. The graphics are great and even though the game play is side scrolling it'll keep you occupied for hours with worlds full of platforms, bogs, spikes, blocks etc.
For the first time you can interact with animals and even though it isn't as good as the other systems where you can morph into them it's very useful and makes the game more interesting. For instance if you want to cross a bog you have to hop on a turtle to get across without dieing and if you have to get through a current hop on a bear to cross. If you need to get to a ledge higher up jump on a sheep, and you've probably figured out what birds can do.
The only thing wrong with it is that the rifts have lots of gray but it makes that up in detail. The best thing is all of the worlds give you many opportunities to use your juju powers. Here are a few things to look out for:
* If you want to cross a long gap to get to a ledge, block, etc. you'll probably want to use the spirit of air, this is extremely useful in the dream world because you can float to blocks hidden in the real world and find potions.
* Use the spirit of strength to pound the ground, break breakable blocks, and kill enemies
* Use the spirit of earth to roll and hurt your enemies. (NOTE you can roll, break blocks and hurt enemies but the shelled ones have to be facing forward. Also you can jump only not as high.
* Use the spirit of movement to teleport over thick walls.
I think this game is excellent and deserves five stars.

5-0 out of 5 stars Tak 2: The Staff of Dreams.....
If you're like me, you love to play games on your Playstation 2 but you'd love to take some of those games on the go with you. Until the Playstation Portable comes out so you can do that and not miss a beat in your games; we have to make do with the next best thing. Which is games for our Gameboy Advance. Like the first game on the GBA, this game is a good companion to the console version. Join Tak in a new adventure, as he must learn all new Juju magic to recover the Staff of Dreams and defeat Tlaloc once and for all! Now dabbling with new abilities, Tak is creating a little Juju magic of his own! He's even working on mastering the ancient Juju magic of animal-morphing. Between possessing , and turning into different spirit animals,Tak's got alot to learn. It's up to you to help him.
I highly recommend this one...it's awesome. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Frogger with plenty of style
I really like this game. The graphics are cool.Actually my favorite part are the characters. It starts off a little slow but once it gets going, it's hard to put down. The levels are really neat. It's classic Frogger but with a twist. It has cool hidden stuff sort of like Animal Crossing. The grappling hook and other stuff that Opart can do are cool.It gives Frogger cool new abilities. So far, it's pretty fun.I recommend it to anyone that likes Frogger and puzzle style games. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars The best Yu-gi-oh game ever
Don't let anybody tell you anything else. This is BY FAR the best Yu-Gi-Oh game ever. 7 Trials To Glory cannot even compare to the sheer originality of this one! I mean, what is betterthan Pegasus who changes his name to Sol Chevalsky in an attempt to ruler the world, the Rare Hunters who are back as the Neo Ghouls, Being able to controll the 4 (yES 4, rA IS 2 SEPERATE CARDS), 800 cards including Exodia Necross and Destiny Board, and much more twists and turns! Play this for the best Yugioh experience ever!

5-0 out of 5 stars Good Game
AsI said 2 review's below, this is a really really good game. I'll tell you a quick spoiler.

Once, your custom charactor wakes up and talks to Joey. Joey shows you a really great trick. You then tell him how your deck is. Yugi then comes in, crying. He tells you that the sprits gone. Then you tell Tea. After that, Ishzu comes and tells you. You then explore and you battle this guy for a free ticket to the Duel Express, and when you beat him, go to the train and duel this guy that's NOT guarding the door you came in!!!! After that, you will go to the next car and duel Panik. Beat him and you will go to third class, and final,IF you want, but you don't have to. Then they say that you reached the place and Panik's soul has been tooken away by an oricalcos guard (AKA Guard of The Items: GOTI). I don't know what happends after that and there you go!

3-0 out of 5 stars I still HATE the elemental series of Yu-gi -oh games!
Elemental, meaning "Aqua, Pyro, Forest, Wind, Earth, and Thunder.
Also, Shadow, Light, Fiend, and Dreams. I mean, a puny Shadow-type Kuriboh can beat a Light-type mighty Blue-eyes White dragon.
That's not all either, buying a card from the card shop costs a fortune! Deck capacity gets on my nerves,so does the "costs" of
cards too! You may be able to use egyptian god cards like the
"Winged Dragon of Ra (Pheonix Mode)" but trying to keep monsters on the field is infuriating, like boss duelists. SOOO HARD, that if you make 1, just 1 mistake, before you know it, he'll use
"Raigeki" and start going midevil on your life points. Lastly, bosses like Sol Chevalsky, Reshef the Dark Being, and the people in the Hall of Eternity have over 15,000 life points!! But aside from that, it's cool! I got to give Konami their props.

5-0 out of 5 stars AWESOME!
Hello. My name is Urlichslauson. I got this game and does it rock! This is the FIRST game where you can use gods! Awesome. Please PLEASE get this game!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Save the World!!!!!!
Okay, i'll give you the storyline(contains a lot of spoilers).
Joey is checin' out your deck, when Yugi rushes in crying. He says the Puzzle is gone!Rush two screens, and you'll find Ischizu. She reveals that the God Cards were turned to stone. Then she tells you all about Reshef the Dark Being. After a bit,you go to the Duel Express tournament. When you get into the second car,Panik appears. When the Duel Express reaches the Egypt Exhibition, talk to the guy in front. He'll let you in,just in time to see Panik get his butt kicked by a Millenium Guardian. He'll challenge you to a duel, winner gets the Millenium Necklace. When you get the Item,Yugi sees a vision.Talk to Ischizu, and she'll say the Ring is at the Domino Pier. Then, the Puppeteer of Doom appears and challenges you to a duel.Beat him,and you get a video card.Sol Chevalsky(Reshef made Pegasus get a new identity)appears and challenges you to get every Millenium Item in time to stop Reshef's final ritual.Get in the boat, and you'll see Jean Claude Magnum trying to propose to Mai Valentine. She tells you to duel Magnum. After you dispose of him,Mai opens the vault guarded by two people.Beat the guardian there, and Yami Bakura appears.Joey wonders what's goin' on,and Yami Bakura explains that the Items carry memories of their previous holders.Go back to Ischizu, and she'll resurrect Slifer. You see a cut scene of this, too.I'm not sure of the order of the next three events, but i'll give 'em to ya.When you go to Canada, you'll feel a tremor, and go to Rex,beat him and the Guardian, and a memory of Marik will appear after you get the Rod.Go to Ischizu, and in the middle of a conversation, a bigger tremor than before occurs, and Ischizu warns that Reshef is getting stronger.Go to Italy, beat Bonz and the Guardian, and a Shadi memory appears after you get the Key.Obelisk is resurrected, but Kaiba takes it.Go to the Galapagos islands.Mako and Weevil can be found here.Go into the temple(hankies at the ready)and we see Yami Yugi taking the Scale. After a conversation, his cover is blown, and we see him as the clown-like dark side of Kaiba that the Pharoah beat. When you beat him,Shadi appears again.Ischizu tries to resurrect Ra,but Ra doesn't resurrect, and Slifer and Obelisk turn to stone. Then the Neo Ghouls takeover town.Gather your fellow duelists and run the Neo Ghouls outta town! When you find Bandit Keith,he demands that you give him the Millenium Items.Ya gotta do it,but Keith only suceeds in resurrecting the Sphere Ra.When you beat him,the Pharoah temorarily returns. Then Slifer kicks Ra's butt, which means you can use it again.Next Ra kills Keith, and you get Ra.Then Reshef throws negative energy into Keith for 10 seconds of life, and he used it wisely. He plays tug-of-war with the Puzzle and breaks it.Go to China to find Paradox. Then go to Egypt and duel Marik to prove you're worthy of Ra's power. If you're bored reading this, you're lucky,i'll stop here, even though there's more. The cards that come with this game are pretty good, although they can't be used in tournaments.Overall, the game is tough, challenging, and excellent.See ya! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars I just DONT know!
My uncle works in Konami in the US. I just don't know how to rate this. Even though this is a good game, I reccomend World Championship 2005. I'll tell you the truth, you can get this game, but GET World Championship 2005. [...]. Bye.

2-0 out of 5 stars How to waste 30 bucks for nothing
When I first saw this game I was attracted by how much it was hyped. ADVANCED AI!!!!! THREE DECKS!!!!!!!!!!! MORE OPPONENTS!!!!!!!! Don't be fooled. The AI was beyond advanced. It would pump up a monster, then sacrifice it for a weaker one. You'd find a much better opponent in a four year old. I would have usually been excited for more opponents, but here they just wasted my time. You need to duel someone over and over to unlock someone else. It just gets old. When I beat the final opponent I felt like chucking this game out the window. I am not risking my money by buying another yu gi oh game. EVER AGAIN

1-0 out of 5 stars Not Worth The Money
When I saw this game,I figured since it's the championship,it would be good. How wrong I was.You start of with Yuugi(Yugi),Ryou(Bakura),Honda(Tristan),Grandpa,Anzu(Tea).Beside their pics and names is the type of duelist they are.(eg.High ATK)You duel them ,and if you win,you pic a booster pack with about 5 new cards. It then sends you to your deck page, where you can edit and list your deck how you want to(as if that helps). There are two slots in the area where you find the duelists, apparently when you win a new character comes.I've been dueling each character and winning at least 5 times each. Those slots never get filled. So basically, you do the same thing over and over and over and over again.Buy Worldwide Edition Stairway to the Destined Duel or The Sacred Cards instead.

5-0 out of 5 stars BEST GAME EVER!!!
This is the best Yu-Gi-oh! Game ever made. The rules are just like the official rules ( So there is no level $hit ) and all the characters from the tv show are also featured. The cards from LOB, MRD, MRL, PSV, and LON. There will be some cards ( Dark Magician Girl, Wide-spread Ruin )that are later released and some ( Big Shield Gardna, Shine Palace ) that arent even released in America! The game is so great and the promos are cool. Defanitely pick this up!

2-0 out of 5 stars The other ones were better.
One day Konami made a card game that had potential to become as popular as football. Then that same person slapped on a corny story that was based on the card game and made the card game based on the story. (I'm confused too.) Then they made a game for the gameboy advance that directly recreated the actual card game, with excellent AI and most of the cheesiness taken out. It was called Eternal duelist soul. Then they made another one with more cards and an improved interface, called Stairway to the destined duel. Then Konami apparently fired all their good programmers and created World championship 2004.

The good AI was gone. Your opponent would summon a huge monster, power it up to haides and back, and then sacrifice it to play a weaker monster. Then your opponent would wait until he had used up his summon for his turn and play 'Dark Hole', wich destroyed all monsters on the field WHEN YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY TO DESTROY ANYWAY, MEANING YOUR OPPONENT JUST SLAUGHTERED HIMSELF BY KILLING HIS OWN MONSTERS AND LEAVING HIMSELF OPEN TO ATTACK ON YOUR TURN.

Most people who have played this series complain about the game being slow. In this game you have an excuse because the game play is stuck in slo-mo, wich nobody wanted to play in in either of the earlier games. What made Konami think that people wanted to use up ten minutes taking three turns? The phase change messages are annoying, slow, AND YOU CAN'T MAKE THEM STOP!

Then you can't take passwords off your real life cards and use them in the game and it's almost impossible to get good cards. Worse yet, the cards you start out with would be pleased to be called 'pathetic', because that's much more credit than they deserve.

I have to mention that you can also trade and play against anybody else that has this game. The only problem is: Nobody else has it. The reason for that being that nobody wants it. The reason for nobody wanting it is hopefully obvious by now.

You can't play hardly anybody unless you've played hundreds and hundreds of hour long duels, wich after a few games, you won't want to do. I seriously suggest that if you are reading this review, you hit the back button on your browser and search for 'Stairway to the Destined Duel'. Trust me on this, if anything. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars A complete waste of potentional: easy, simple, and formulaic
I've come to expect many strategy games to be hard at first. I had to start Final Fantasy Tactics over a few times just because I couldn't make the right armies. Certain battles, like the one with that Wiegraf guy, were downright frustrating. But I think they were necessary, because they made the game feel that much more epic.

About the bad parts of the game... This game doesn't seem to challenge me in the least. As the game progresses you get more and more genma stones. This is fine, just you don't get enough souls to upgrade the equipment you make. The whole thing about the game is you are suppose to pick what kind of characters you like and give them cool looking armor. There are not enough varities of armor and weaponry to make the genma stone thing seem rewarding.

What's good? Well, the game is simple enough that small decisions will not ruin you. In Final Fantasy Tactics, attacking someone's side rather than their back can cost you the game. In Onimusha Tactics, attacking a monster's side is like attacking his front or back. It's the same thing. The characters are diverse, yet there is little to no character developement. Honestly? I don't think I care anymore as I've seen practically every character possible known to man. I've seen the strong silent type, the lone vagrant, and the cautious samurai. At times I get annoyed with the game because it seems like every other battle, a new character is thrown into my party and I don't even want to know the person. Sometime, certain characters who you forgot were in your party will say a line like, "This land is fertile, it will be the perfect battleground." And you will have to remember how that guy got in your party. The thing is though, I've come to expect cliches, and I'm glad that I don't need to play with characters I don't care about.

And now for the ugly... You can't backtrack. Once you visit a location you are not going to go there again. There are no towns. If you want to earn some extra souls, forget it. You can't even customize equipment outside of battle. If you want to customize your characters, you have to do it when you are picking them for the next battle. Even worst, some of the characters in your party look cool, but have terrible movement rates. I'd love to play with Ekei, but he barely moves across the map compared to my other characters. I'd also love to play with that ninja girl, but she does so little damage and has so little health that she wastes space. The one thing that annoys me more than anything is the issen command. Occasionaly your character will get issen. This this basically takes the place of the "done" command. You can move around but you can't do any commands other than that. The whole premise of issen is that you set it up, and, during the enemy's turn, if a monster attacks you, you will counter it. This doesn't work if the monster uses a special move. The problem is, THE MONSTERS ALWAYS USE THEIR SPECIAL MOVES! Bosses have like 200special points, and their special moves consume 5 points. Throughout the entire game, I can only remember having a successful issen 2 times. TWO TIMES! One was during the training, and the second was when I was messing around in the Phantom Realm against level 5 monsters. The Phantom Realm is a place where you can try to progress through various floors(like the Onimusha games on playstation) without healing. It would be great, but you have to fight through the crappy levels each time you play it, and those take a while, even though they are easy.

I had fun playing this game, but with contenders like Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, Tactics Ogre, Fire Emblem, and Advance Wars, this game just doesn't present anything new in the genre. If anything, it is much more simpler than it should be.

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect
This was the absolute best game ever! It had everything I wanted! RPG with a ton of characters to manage some comedy some drama and a lot of action! You get to build and upgrade weapons by collectng Genma stones and Genma souls! I would recommend this game to anyone. It's a must by for Samurai fans and sword hack n' slash fans and magic using fans and throwing those ninja thingies with points fans and comedy fans and . . . okay this is getting long that's it

4-0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly Pleasant!
Okay so in lieu of FF-Tactics (FFT), Red Emblem (RE), and Tactics Ogre (TO), Onimusha Tactics (OT) doesn't offer much in game play. But, what it does offer it offers WELL - and that's simplicity! You never guessed how much you [the gamer] have trained your brain to tolerate complex interfaces, intricate battle sequences, and inane superflousous features until you've played games like the aforementioned. ::stares at FFT!::

Seriously, OT doesn't do anything that FFT, TO, or RE hasn't done already and 100 times betters. BUT, OT is a necessary reminder that games don't have to get 'crazy' with interfaces and complex storylines. In fact, that's its strength!

Cons:
Game play is a watered down version of FFT and TO.The storyline is straight forward and LINEAR, and the introduction of "out-of-left-field-characters-that-you-didn't-know-existed-whom-come-into-the-picture-arbitrarily" takes away depth.Music is mediocre, and the graphics are sprite like - can't really mess THAT up. :)And, it has poor player development. You can't backtrack, and you can't explore the world.

Pros:
So, what's so good about OT?Visually beautiful (especially the handpainted character shots), tricky/cunning AI (at times), simple interface (this means a lot ppl, trust me), culturally DIFFERENT setting (i.e. story takes place IN Japan - how many games do you see that???), interesting story telling style (not to be confused with the actual storyline - OT uses a non-conviential way of telling a story and putting you in the action. It's like a cartoon.), and an overslimplified way of obtaining and upgrading weapons, armors, and items!

IMHO, you have to look at OT like this:You're in, you're out, and you're done! That's it.Don't look to this game for intricate battle systems and complex boards, bosses or whatever.Look to this game as an oasis, a vacation spot, away from the hectic and detailed nature of other games like its kind.

4-0 out of 5 stars Simple, yet fun.
Though it is not near as complex as Final Fantasy Tactics or Tactics Ogre, Onimusha Tactics hits home for those who like tactics based games. Unlike the other two titles mentioned, Onimusha Tactics does not penalize/reward side or back attacks, which makes fighting a little bland. Another flaw it has is that you're stuck on a storyline, there is no backtracking or random battles at all, its purely level based. Even though, it still is a good game, and deserves a playthrough. Just don't expect a complex system of levels and classes. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Has anyone thought about bringing the games to Playstation 2
Has anyone thought about bringing Star Wars Episode 1:The Phantom Menace and Star Wars Episode 2:Attack of the Clones to Playstation 2?

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Game
Attack of the Clones has easy controlls and very helpful force powers. There are bosses in it, unlike other games. It has great graphics and there are plenty of enemies.I highly recommend it!

3-0 out of 5 stars Okay Game by the J-Man
This game is okay. I mean, for serious players it's easy, but for people who've only played a game or two, it's difficult. You have to press down in the direction you want to swing at with your lightsaber, which can get very annoying when in combat with a boss. Also, you cannot choose who you wish to be. And when that guy who did another review said you see clips from the movie, what he MEANT was you see pictures from the movie and words at the bottom telling you what's going on. You also have to get power-ups to get the force. Some parts of this game are quite tedious. Rent it. If you like it, buy it. I kind of regret buying it, but mine had technical problems with the graphics. Other than that, it's a cool game.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun

1-0 out of 5 stars This game is awful! Absolutly, positively DON'T buy it.
I own the first three Spyro games and when this one came out I coudn't wait to get it. However, I made a serios mistake. Spyro can't move very well, and you die the second you come near water, which I think is terrible seeing as this game is supposed to take place AFTER he learned to swim. This game has bad graphics, annoying speedways and Sparx levels, and can't show elevation. As a general rule, everything looks completly flat so when you go to make a glide, you find out the place you're gliding to is too high. Furthermore, enemies with missles and fireworks take about two seconds aiming at you then they just blow you up. In conclusion NEVER, EVER buy this game!

2-0 out of 5 stars Annoying!
I have all the Spyro games for PS1 & PS2, and I LOVE them, so when I got my GBA I bought Season Of Ice right away....and was very annoyed. At first I thought it would be cool, because there are fairies and mermaids, but the controls are much more difficult on the GBA than the Playstations.I have trouble getting Spyro to go the direction I want him to, especially on diagonals.I think it's because you're using directional buttons instead of a joystick.I don't think it can be the fault of the button on my individual GBA, because I bought it brand new and this is one of the first games I've played on it.Anyway, I have trouble crossing bridges and just moving around in general; it makes it incredibly obnoxious, because every time you fall in water you die.I say, if you have a Game Cube and a Game Boy Player (so you can use a joystick) this could be a great game, but if you just have a GBA, don't bother, it's more frustrating than it's worth.

2-0 out of 5 stars A frustrating let-down
OK, first of all, I have the 3 original Spyro games for Playstation, and I love them, so when I got my GBA, I immediately bought this Spyro game and the second one, Season of Fire. I haven't played the second one yet, but I'm almost afraid to, because this one was so disappointing. The graphics are great, I'll give you that, but that's about where it ends. The gameplay is horrible, like others have said. The controls seem to be opposite of what I would expect, and charging always makes my arm ache from trying to control him in tight turns. Also, the fact that you die if you put your toe in a puddle is really annoying, especially since the storyline shows that it's supposed to be after Spyro learned to swim. The most frustrating level so far for me is the hummingbird port, where you have to glide to different platforms, most of which you can't see without moving the camera to search for them, and all of them are impossible to tell which are above and which are below you. I've found that a basic rule is that if it looks higher, it's below you, and if it looks lower, then it's above you. I gave up on that level when I couldn't find any more sections to go to, and just kept going in circles. I do like the speedways, and also Sparx's worlds, but that's not quite enough to off-set the frustration from the other levels. It probably wouldn't seem so bad if I hadn't already gotten so good at the playstation versions, so if you are just looking for something to pass the time on the road or something, go ahead and buy it. But if you are looking for a Gameboy version of the original Spyro games, don't bother. Though, I'll try Season of Fire, and maybe Spyro Orange, which my stepmom owns, before giving up on GBA Spyro.
As a side-note, when are we going to get to play Bentley the Yeti? He was my favorite. I'd buy the game if he were in it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Spyro's the best!

This game is challenging when you first start, but when you get the hang of it, it may be easier. You start on Autumn Fairy World and, depending on how many fairies you have, you can get up to the other seasons.I'm on Winter Fairy Home, which is the second season.

This game allows you to breathe as much fire as you need, jump, fly, glide, and land.In Winter Fairy Home, there are challenging mini-games such as Hummingbird Fort.If you are a beginner, I won't suggest this game because sometimes it can be very challenging, like when you get into the Sparks World. If you've been using Game Boy Advance for a while and you get the hang of it pretty well, I suggest this game because it lets you use your skills, and it makes you think.

Overall, I think it's a really great game.

2-0 out of 5 stars Spyro
I hated this game because it was the same thing each level, find the fairies and get the jewels. The levels got very boring after a while, and I was glad when I beat the game. I don't recommend this game to anyone.I hated it. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars The best game
I love this game. This game has a lot of sense of humor. The one on super nintendo is actually much better , i mean they are about the same on gba the only difference is the gba is much harder. I cant even finish the game on GBA but on super nintendo I can finish it in less than 2 hrs..

4-0 out of 5 stars almost the greatest game for gameboy advance
earthworm jim is back and even better than the first one. it has great sound and graphics and interesting things to do such as carry pigs, journey in the small intestine as a salimander fly with his pocket rocket and bounce puppies on marshmellows.the graphics are crisp and there is also great sound. you also now carry along your buddy snot so jim can use snot swing and snot parachute.there is one major flaw with the game though the passwords dont work very well, only a few do .but besides this downfall the game is still pretty great! (e-mail me to get passwords if you buy the game)

3-0 out of 5 stars Good game but.....
This game is really fun to play but it crashes on the fourth(?) level when using a password. And half of the passwords it gives do not work.So if you don't mind playing this game all the way through or if you're lucky enough to get functional passwords, this is a great game.

5-0 out of 5 stars Garoovy!
How could I pass up a game as nostalgic as earth worm jim 2. The first one is great and so is the sequel and they're just as good as they were on the SNES (the sound track is a bit muffled but meh). This game is awsome, the fun is unmatched. Buy this game!! ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars ok
OK, this game is kinda good and I like it a bit.
The graphics are not so good and the bean challenges are sorta hard. The Basililsk is so dumb it like shoots little green thingies out of its mouth at you and you never get the sword. If I were to remake this game I would have you fight basililsk with sword, have you be able to fly the car, have more spells, make gringotts a little easier, and change the invisibility cloak(you find it in the hallway and it makes you invisible for a little while then goes back to where you found it-but is an advantage, its very hrd to sneak by Snape otherwise).

This is not worth your money, unless you are a Harry Potter total mainaic.

3-0 out of 5 stars A bit disappointing and short
Reviewer:Adriel
This game is fair, but disappointing. This is probably a game for a plane ride.Too short. And why in the world you have to kill the snake using spells and not a sword,a major flaw.

Graphics:4/5 a bit impressing
Audio:3/5 when using spells, why do they sound like spacecrafts?
Gameplay:3/5
replayability:2/5
fustration:1/5

4-0 out of 5 stars I really enjoyed this game
I received a GBA from my brother, & because I'm a fan of Harry Potter this was the 1st game I bought.I really enjoyed playing it, & found that I couldn't stop playing it!

I was impressed by the graphics, & the sound was pretty good (The last handheld I had was the original clunky Gameboy) so this was a suprise to see how it's changed graphically.

The story wasn't the best (Nothing like the Gamecube version), but I liked performing the tasks, & it was in a way almost relaxing to play this game.It definately made long drives less long.

Although I must admit I suck at Quidditch...Oh well, we can't all be a Viktor Krum...

1-0 out of 5 stars It'll help u get to sleep cause it is so boring!!!!!
This game is weak and it really is a waste of money. The graphics are ok but there is hardly any sound except beeps! There is no action, adventue or anything like that. It takes about an hour to complete if you're slow. The only good thing is well nothing!!! Don't buy this game cause it is a waste of your money.

5-0 out of 5 stars I liked it!
This was my second Harry Potter game, the first being Sorcerer's Stone on GBC.I loved this game!

Okay, so I'm one of the older people into games, but it was a nice challenge.Keeping me busy at the doctor's office, when I needed sleep but couldn't, and other activities too boring to mention.

The graphics were okay, much better than GBC.In reality, GBC sucked! After completing COS I went out and bought this one for GBA.Unfortunately, rule #1 is never buy it used.I need to purchase a NEW one!!

There are lots of things to turn, but it was never boring playing this game!!GET IT!!
