A bit monotonous, but still good gameplay
My six and eight year old kids like playing this game and can spend hours doing so.My six year old doesn't like the fact that the computer tends to beat him consistently in the 'Epic Battles', but as they continue to play the game, they are getting better at the various tasks.I'd recommend this game to families but just know that the 'Epic Battles' can be a bit trying on the patience for older players.

Perfect for families to play together!
I played this game at a friends house and decided it was time to buy an XBox! My husband and I have been playing it for six months now.

Anyone that has opposable thumbs can play this game. You only need to use the left thumb pad and two buttons with your right hand. This is a fun game for the controller-challenged, children, and is stimulating enough for more advanced players. Some of our friends visited us and were surprised at the depth of involvment in this "children's" game.

The biggest plus to Shrek is that you can set the time frame that you want to play. So you can play for anywhere from one-half of an hour up to two hours. If your kids are junkies, you can limit them to only playing one game, and you will know that they aren't going to be zoned out for the next six hours.

This game is similar in style to Mario Super Party, but, once again, uses less buttons on the controller. You also have the option of playing the mini games.

An all around A+.

Fun for the family!
This game is really great! But sometimes the announcer of the game (the magic mirror) gets a little on your nerves. I mean all the characters are from the movie which is good. Now all you have to say is... what are you playing? All of the games are mini games. There are 30 of them. Some of the games are lame. But some are very fun! If you like mini games that are family type, buy this.

THE GREATEST GAME EVER IN THE HISTORY OF X BOX!!!
I love this game!!! Me and my friend love it. We are practicing the tournament now. Thelonious, Lord Farquaad, Shrek and Monsuier Hood are always playing the TV people and my friend always is Donkey and I am always Princess Fiona. We always lose, though but we keep practicing. My favorite one is Dragon's breath. I recommend this Super Party to anyone who likes X Box games.

Notworth your money
This game is ridiculously hard for a game with "Nickelodeon" on it.I was expecting something easy that my 5 yr old would like to play.Spongebob and Tommy let us down.Hard.Very little point to the game on multiplayer, some of the levels I (a gamer of many years) can not figure out the moves to and in the end the case makes a great coaster.My daughter is a much bigger fan of Cel Damage and Rayman Arena.XBox needs more kids games, but this one was a waste of money.I won't be taken in by the "Nickelodeon" name again.

Pretty bad
This game is only for kids and if you play the game for a while you will get bored unless you are usually the age of 8 or under. The game is cute. I'm not looking for cute games. I mean shooting water, getting slimed, and doing a food fight is for kids. When you buy it, you will only like the games for probably like the game for 3 days unless you are a big Nickelodeon freak.

Saveyour money
If you want a game for the whole family to enjoy, get Shrek.
Just because the cartoons may be good, doesn't mean the game is.
My 6 year-old doesn't like it.

Not what I expected
I was excited when I first saw this game. We are always looking for a game for our young children to play. There it just not enough games for young children on x-box. This game was a big disappointment! There did not seem to be much of a goal to shoot for while playing. There are so many players on the screen at once that it is difficult to fine your player. It just was NOT FUN!

How to raise the stress level in your house?-Buy Party Blast
This game is a piece of ....The system requirements on the box are misleading.It is tough to explain to a six year old that his brand new game can't be played until you upgrade your video card, even though no reference was made to it on the box.

One of My Favorite Racers!
This game is great!

The reviews are all saying that this game is mediocre to bad but to me this game is awesome.

The environments are fantastic! Best I've seen in a game in many spots. I don't know what the critics are smoking but this game's skies and some of the landscapes blow away Rallisport Challenge's IMO and are just about on par with Rallisport Challenge 2. And the desert races are totally fun and wide open. Bravo to the developers. This is my kind of game. I guess there are issues that must turn many people away at first. Perhaps the not so great graphics on the vehicles and riders and the really tight control that makes the realism in the handling seem kind of zippy at first. But once you get into the racing it starts feeling just right and you start to realize how tight the gameplay is. Man oh man the environments just come to life with the glaring sunlight and they are impressive!

What a great racer this is. Do yourself a favor and play it if you get the chance. Drive through the mountains at sunset or the grasslands with the stormy yet sunny sky and see for yourself how beautiful this game really looks.

Junk junk Junk can I say it anymore
This is one game that sucks. the controls are bad and the graphics really are not that great. it feels like you driveing a box with wheels but any way if you wanna buy go ahead I warned ya. So I give it one damn star

Great game, but lacks some extras
This is a great game don't get me wrong, I love rally themed games and next to Colin McRae3 and V-Rally 3 this is one of my faves. I do not, however, like the fact that you cannot "tune" your vehicle more. I think for a game with the scope of Dakar you should be able to tweak the hell out of your car. Another thing is the length of the stages. I know that every console has it's limits, but Dakar is a 3000KM+ race. The stages should be ALOT longer. On the whole this is a great game for the price definately worth it to buy. Plus it's fun beating ...friends on the desert stages if you know what you are doing :)

Just Rent it
I rented this game a week ago, and I completed the full campaign (from Paris to Dakar) at the medium level with a motobike in an hour and a half!!!. I had fun, but the races were quite repetitive. Great choices of car, motorbike, trucks. I wished that they would include more video of the Dakar like in "the journal du Dakar" for those who are familiar with. My conclusion is, rent it, don't buy it and I promess you a lot of fun ....

NOT IMPRESSED!But this game came free with our xbox
I was really excited when I purchased our xbox to see that Tetris was one of the free games that came with our system.This was the first game I played on the xbox and I was not impressed.I have played tetris on just about every console that made this game.I always liked it and loved to play Tetris.My expectations of this game was the graphics would be great and it would have lots of new things added to it....wrong!The game is very hard to see, they have a tiny screen for the game play and a background on the sides- why???If they would have made this game full screen I might have given it a better review.I have a 36' tv and I can hardly see to play this game!My husband also complained about this.Not a good choice, but it was free, so who can complain too much?

I was hoping for some sort of improvement.
"Tetrisphere" came out for the Nintendo 64 back in 1997.In my mind, it is still the gold standard for Tetris games.H2O tinkered with the extremely addictive puzzle game and took a big chance with it.The developers made the game 3D and risked alienating a lot of video game enthusiasts by tampering with a proven formula.Instead, the title was a big success and showed that a popular game can be dramatically changed without losing any of its fun factor.

With that said...this game plays it too safe and is only fun for a few hours.Three of the Tetris variations included have already been seen before and the other three variations are nothing to get excited about.THQ's big contribution to the world of Tetris was their attempt to have a Story Mode.The Minos' sun is going to "go nova" and it's up to you to save their civilization by using Tetrions to open gateways to other worlds.Oooohhhh...how enthralling!

What it all comes down to is this: the player plays six different versions of Tetris.They have to achieve Rank 11 in each of the Tetris games.That's it.There is an opening and closing FMV and that is the whole story.What's the point of that?Yeah...I don't know either.

It goes without saying that the only people who should have bought this game are those who absolutely, positively needed a Tetris game for their Xbox.Otherwise, please be patient and see if a developer out there actually has the courage to revamp the Tetris platform and come out with another winner like "Tetrisphere".

Tetris Worlds for XBOX
I really like this game. We played it over the holidays with my family and it was addictive! It is hard to find a game that my sister and wife will play but with this game we do not have that problem. I really like that you can listen to your own music while playing. An XBOX only feature!! It is a little different thatn the other Tetris games that I have played but it is worth buying!!

They wouldn't let me choose a zero
If you have a child still in the womb then buy this game for them at a garage sale for less than 25 cents.If you have kids any older than zero then forget it at any price...unless you want it as a collectible then don't open it, you can thank me later.How many ways can you say doo doo.Buy this game and you will discover a bunch of em.Not worthy of PS 1 much lessthe Xbox.

This game is so awesome! NOT!!!!
This game is blah! If you own an X-box then you probably know what I mean. It's a messed up game. Of course X-box is a messed up game system so you can't expect anything better! It's lame graphics, challenges, and charcters are the worst part. I mean the main charcter is a mouse. But then again you can't compare Microsofts charcters to that of Nintendo or Sega. This game is even worse than Blinx the time sweeper, which I thought was as worse as they come. So if you want to waste money and time, you can't go wrong by buying this or any X-box game.

Worst Game Ever
This game was truly [...].Not simple enough for really young kids, and beyond boring for older ones.You can't even just run around freely.It's like you can only go left or right and then choose a direction at specific "intersections".Absolutely terrible.Avoid this one like the plague.

Family Fun
I primarily purchased this game for my 5 year old, but I discovered the whole family got involved:) In this game you have to actually think and work as a team to find the rats. We thought the only gameplay was in the house according to the reviews that other people gave. But we found out it is a thought game not just a fighting game. There is a total of 5 levels each in different surroundings which in itself is very challeging. Don't give up its alot of fun:)

The 'mixed' game
Some people find it hard to pass level one on Sneakers. It was no problem for a few people I know, but a lot for others.
It's great for all ages. I say this because younger kids love rats and mice...adventure games. Adults and teens do, too, and it's also quite difficult at times. I think it's important that games challenge you for once. Challenge yourself!

A frown came to some friends and I when we found out you couldn't roam around through the house on your own.You have to follow a route and choose the direction you want to go every 10 seconds.

Category: What were they thinking?
I know it is extremely tempting to purchase this game after being hypnotized by their promotional savvy.Looking at the pretty colors on the gamecase and reading the tagline "Puzzle Fun With Wild Music And Crazy Bubble Action" makes you quiver with excitement.However, you need to gather up every ounce of restraint you can muster and DO NOT buy this game!

The objective of the game is simple.You need to line up at least three bubbles of the same color either horizontally or vertically.Sadly, poor game design makes it difficult to line them up horizontally so, um, that doesn't leave you with much.

A game this basic seems odd to me due to the widespread ownership of computers.You can play pointless time-killers similar to this game on the Internet for free.We have, as a civilized society, progressed beyond the need to develop and charge people to play this sort of thing on their home gaming consoles.At least...I thought we had. ... Come on People
Geez, guys,It is a slot car game, not an actual race car game.Of course you can't steer your vehicle.Didn't you play with slot cars when you were kid.
This is a fun game and my wife will actually play it with me because you don't have to worry about the steering.You can and have to switch lanes so it not like you just hold the button and you win.
This game has made me want to go out and buy an actual slot car set again.

It's a budget title, but lots of fun.
Ok, it's a SLOT CAR game. That means the cars race on Slot Car tracks, in the Slots. Most of you have gotten this point without my help. Someone out there has evidently missed it though.

Grooverider is a small, game with only 20 track and a few cars to choose from. Each class of cars has 5 different skins but they are all on the exact same mesh which is a bit cheap. Still, they look very good. And the tracks all are very well designed and conceived with an escalating level of difficulty.

The feel is very much like a few titles you might not remember but were well worthwhile... the excellent Airfix Dogfighter from Paradox and Acclaim Cheltenham's Re-Volt come to mind. The tracks are set up in a house which could be in anyone's childhood. If you are an adult with fond memories of slot car racing it helps a great deal. If you are a child whose not enjoying his 'hood at present you might well pass this by.

The controls are very simple, analog speed and shoulder buttons to change lanes. The standard variety of power up one might expect in any arcade racer is here. Obstacles, very feisty CPU cars and some tricky tracks make the action much deeper than one might imagine. It is NOT a slot car Simulation, it IS a fun little arcade racer with fast little slot cars.

The music is a sore point. Annoyingly bad techno accompanies each track. It isn't that I hate techno either. It's that I hate BAD techno. Turn of the tunes for a much improved nostalgia experience.

The GameCube version is exactly identical BTW. Simple to pick up and easy to put down. A quick, fun diversion from more serious passtimes. I actually would recommend this for folks with an open enough mind not to make fun of it before looking at it based solely on the subject matter. Like the entire gaming press did from the IGN, UGO and Gamespy to even rosey magazines like Nintendo Power and EGM. It's no Sega GT or Project Gotham Racing 2 but you didn't need me to tell you that!

GT 2k2 is some what of a half baked game THE GRAPICS ARE FREGIN GOOD DONT GET ME WRONG but the gameplay is CCCCRRRRAAAAPPPP

1000 KILOGRAM, FORD GT 90, 0 to 60 time: 1.5 seconds!,
In a drag race against a mildiy tuned subaru wrx with
415 horsepower, weighing 1200 kilos, 0 2 60 in 4-5 seconds
AND DRUMROOL PLEASE

I LOST BY ONE SECOND ( which is like one minute in circuit racing ) the suba-ricer finished in 8.5 seconds which shaters the real life record set by a 1227 hp skyline GTR from sweeden by like .3 seconds

Anyway its a crapy game that i recommend only to those who enjoy drooling over superb grapics for hours and hours on end

Pretty good, EXCELLENT CARS!!!
This game is pretty darn good. Some say that it is too hard, but thats just because those dummies don't know how to use the brakes, or there car is too heavy with crappy brakes and tires. All you have to do is replace the brakes and tires and suspension every once in a while, and if that is still not good enough for your cruddy little driving skills, then get something light like an RX-7 or the Elise Exige. Anyways this game is so highly addictive, i play it for solid months upon years. Not only is the money and advancement in liscences you get fun, but there are billions of cars!!!! There are already a lot of cars to just buy, but there is about twice that many you may unlock or win!! The price for cars ranges from 5,000 to 150,000 and beyond. Sometimes it may cost up to three times as much dough to pimp out your car with turbochargers, new suspension and brakes, weight reduction, and other stuff. You got stuff ranging form old gt40's and jaguars and celicas and dodge chargers to brand new corvettes and ford gt concepts and vipers and all sorts of sweet ****!!! (The Caspita is my favorite that i unlocked) You got muscle cars, old classics, luxury cars, super cars, popular street cars, Euro cars, japanese cars, american cars, german cars, and some down right pathetic peices of junk. The racing is fun and it gets harder as you get better cars and it is really hard when you get to the world championship in the second season. Thats right, after you beat it the first time, there is season 2, which is about the same except harder, more parts and cars, and you don't have to go throught those back-breaking liscence tests all over again. I only have this version, but there is version for xbox live just come out and you may use your old saved games with your cars for it. You may also download cars, maps, and all the rest of the glorious glory that comes with xbox live games. Sweet Game!!!!!!

A realistic driving simulation!!! but not that great a game.
Sega GT is an good game. Its almost an exact copy of Gran Turismo. The graphics are beautiful, controls are good, handling of cars is realistic, the sound is great, but it lacks the fun factor.
The single player game in which you play a professional racer is good. Its nice to get money to buy better cars and to buy used or new auto parts. The realism of everything is great, (but not for someone who always crashes!)I like the idea of the liscence tests.
However it is so repitive! The A.I is tough, offering no difficulty setting. Its no fun when you complete so many races to buy this expensive car and then you go into a race and all your opponents have as good a car as you! Whats up with that?There is no xbox live, multiplayer is weak (4 players would have been nice.) For me, a realistic driving experience isn't my thing. But if you fancy this kind of stuff, I recommend it.
