The game starts out with a short clip from the movie Monsters, Inc. and then sends the player into Monstropolis, the city where all the monsters in the movie live. There are many different stages, each representing a scene from the movie, but in order to get into a particular scene the player must succeed at the preceding arenas.Once the player succeeds at one arena, the next arena is unlocked. Once the player has selected the scene that he or she desires to play, the next step is to choose which monster he or she wants to be.I should mention that the game can either be a single player game where the player competes with the game itself or it can be a multi-player game, where the players can either compete head to head with each other, or work together to defeat the game's monsters. Choosing your monster is, in my opinion, the best part of the game.Nearly every monster, if not every monster, from the movie is able to be selected for use.Once the player has selected a monster, the monster will greet him or her by saying something along the lines of, "Thanks for choosing me!" Not only does the monster speak, but it also acts in the same manner that he or she did in the movie. The player's monster is then placed into the arena you have chosen, and the game begins. Some examples of the arenas you can choose from are: Main Street, Mike and Sully's Apartment, the Lobby of the Monsters, Inc. Building, and Harry Hausens, the restaurant in the movie. My favorite arena is the one at the Chinese Restaurant. In this scene, like all the other scenes, the object is to hit the other monsters with balls while your monster avoids being hit.The twist in this room is that there's a disco ball.Every time a monster is hit, he or she is frozen in that spot and begins to disco dance, giving the other monsters a better chance of hitting him or her. Not only is this game adorable, but it is very fun to play.I would highly recommend that if you have access to a Nintendo Game Cube, you rent Monsters, Inc. Scream Arena and play it with your friends. When I played it with my friends, we played for numerous hours every day we had the game, and never once got bored or tired of playing.Hopefully you will find Monsters, Inc. Scream Arena as enjoyable as I did.

Amazon.com Review Gameplay in Pokémon Puzzle League is a variation on the puzzleclassic Tetris: players must clear blocks off the screen by switchingadjacent horizontal blocks to create horizontal and vertical lines of three ormore identically colored blocks. Blocks rise in rows from the bottom of thescreen, and, once they reach the top, the game is over. While it's deceptivelyeasy at first, the steadily increasing speed of the rising blocks requiresplayers to make combos (more than three blocks in a line) and chains (creatingmultiple lines simultaneously), both of which pause the rise of the blockstemporarily. Featuring six gaming modes and puzzles in both 2-D and 3-D, PokémonPuzzle League is best played by one player versus the computer (in theStadium) or in two-player "versus" mode. In these modes, creating combos andchains causes "garbage" blocks to fall from the top of your opponent's screen, which results in some villainously vindictive gameplay.--Joe Hon Pros: Reviews (31)

It doesn't save nearly as much data as most memory cards. Just recently, Nintendo released the Gamecube Memory Card 251, which costs a little more, but is a considerably better value due to the fact that it saves over four times as much data. Get one of those instead. Don't get a 59 unless you can find it for a VERY low price.
Reliability Rating: 5 Stars But since the Memory Card 59 only slightly cheaper than Nintendo's now availiable Memory Card 251, I would highly encourage you to pick up the 251 instead. You will not be dissapointed. ... Read more

Simply put, the game has too much activity for younger children...heck who am I kidding, even I had a hard time trying to figure out who I was, where I was, and what I was doing. If your looking for something enjoyable for your youngster, try the Rugrats Royal Ransom game. That's much better for little hands! Bottom line:D-
The characters are badly drawn, have no voices or sound clips or anything from the shows!I want my money back.Too bad, no refunds. I suggest, if you are still wanting this game, to go rent it first, then decide not to buy it. ... Read more

2. Any CPU point guard with a 3-point icon will be the leading scorer for the CPU team, draining threes with people in his face every time, against set defenses. If you play the Lakers, for example, Shaq won't miss, but will only end up with 10 points on 5-for-5 shooting, while Derek Fisher will end up with 33 on 11-for-20 three-point shooting. 3. If you have a lead in the last minute, the CPU will hit every three-pointer anyone but the worst shooter puts up, and will steal the ball from you most times, but, oddly, will not intentionally foul. 4. Nobody gets open on the inbounds plays, and half of your team will be off-screen. 5. No good player will resign with your franchise after a season if their contract is up, even if you win it all. They will, however, settle for a one-year contract for minimum pay with a crappy team. All the superstars end up with such contracts, but you do not have the option to negotiate prices and cannot sign superstars, who demand full price from you. 6. Most rookies the game generates will be given a sub-par field-goal shooting ability, but an above-average three-point shooting ability. In other words, can't hit from 15 feet, but can hit from 25. There are other problems that make you think the development team was on crack when they made it, but, as one of the great mysteries of the universe, this game is still very fun and addictive to play. Why, God, why?
