Don't buy this!
Horrible Adapter - plug is dual and sticks out, impeding game play.Adapter is not at a right angle, also impeding game play.

I got this adapter when my previous one wore out.However, this adapter does not work very well.If you jiggle the Game Boy ever so slightly, the game turns off and you need to start over!AAUUGGHH! Also, you need to"adjust" the wire in just the right position or it also won'twork!Skip this adapter!There are much, MUCH better ones out there!

The AC Adapter is a good product. Only small problems. The dual head for the plug to Game Boy and Game Boy Color get in the way when you're playing Color because the AC spot is under the system and not to the side. Don't Buy!!

DO NOT BUY!!!
Do not buy, this, for the same price you can get the XBOX controller or controller S (from microsoft).I have had nothing but trouble from 3rd party accesories, especially interact.

Bad controller
I gave this controller two chances (the one that came with the xbox, and the one I got when I returned the old one)... both times it failed miserably, buttons don't always work, keeps getting 'disconnected' without really disconnecting, etc.

power pad
I wouldnt recomend this controller to anyone. I paid thirty dollars for it about a year ago when the normal ones were 40 to save 10 dollars and im really kickin myself for it now. you have to push the buttons really hard and when you are in the middle of playing it says "please reconnect the controller and press start". that is the most annoying part. you are in the middle of a race or getting ready to shoot someone and you get a message that says press start.

Tough Controller
This controller is so hard to move. You literally have to bang on the buttons and it is slow in response. It worked well the first 2 times I used it and now it doesn't work anymore!

This Thing Stinks
I had used this controller maybe ten times, then the analog sticks started sticking.It made gameplay literally impossible, it would stick in one direction and there was no getting it to go any other way.And the buttons are not very repsonsive, I recommend playing it safe and buying an official Xbox controller.I havent had any problems with that one. ... GOT A QUESTION!
Hope someone could help me-
I bought this RF adaptor, hooked it up to a used XBOX, and noticed when I start the XBOX that I didn't have any color on my TV.I can get color by switching the channel then switching back, or waiting for awhile.Also noticed, at one point the color was switching on and off while I was playing a game. The TV is old, and not real good quality, but I had no trouble with an RF adaptor hooked up to a SONY PS1 with the same TV.Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.Any info would be appreciated.

It's cheap... but bad,go with another RFU adapter.
Obviously an RFU connection is your last resort for playing X-box, but if you gota go RFU, your gonna need one of these babies.

The problem here...is this is not the brand of adapter you need. I tried to like this adapter (honest I did), because it was half the price of other RFU adapters, but I just couldn't. Having tried multiple RFU adapters for the X-Box from this company, I have concluded this model just doesn't make the grade.

First the picture quality was quite poor (even for RFU) and the sound was unintelligible (to the point where I played without it), on 2 of the 3 TV's I tried it on. Although it worked relatively well on 1 of the 3 TV's, it is anybodies guess whether it will work consistently for you.

Since an RFU Adapter for the X-box has to take an HDTV quailty video input and a Dolby Digital audio input and convert it to basically a coax signal - quality, adaptability and reliability are important factors in finding a solid RFU solution - which is where this product falls down.

Even after repeated attempts with several different adapters, I finally returned it (for good this time) and purchased the MS RFU adapter and have been happy ever since.

Well as happy as one can be for degrading the richness of the X-box Multi-media experience into an RFU TV...:)

Works with a variety of things!
Some time ago I got a printer but it didnt come with a ac cord but Christmas came and before I hooked my xbox up,I also noticed I could use the ac cord for the Printer.After that I noticed I could use for the radio.The xbox cord can be used for lots of electronics,most videogame companys use their own design.Xbox typecords are hard to find but all you have to do is buy a xbox ac cord.

Okay, at least it's available without too much trouble...
It's another power cord, that's all it is, but at least it's available.I move the XBox from my living room where I play games to the bedroom where I use it as a DVD player, and it's so simple to just have a second cable around instead of reaching underneath the TV stand and bedroom dresser to keep plugging and unplugging the cord.It's up to you, for convenience sake.

Nice to have when you need one
You all laugh about them selling this, but it's good they offer it. I left my power cable at a hotel and didn't realize it until I was 400 miles away. Needless to say it's cheaper to buy a replacement...

Just remember, sometimes replacement parts are hard to find, be thankful this isn't.

Two controllers cannot be used with each other
We bought two of these controllers for Christmas. My two boys cannot use them at the same time. They don't work together - they seem to receive signals from each other. They are using their old wired controllers, so they can play together. Also, when the batteries get low everything turns to the left.

bad quality control spoils an otherwise great controller
First of all, AMAZON has to change the description of this item. This controller comes with its own "RECHARGABLE" battery pack and charger. And it DOES NOT take AAA batteries, or any other batteries. In fact, if the supplied battery pack dies, you may be in trouble. You can not put regular batteries in it without some modifications to the battery chamber. The battery pack is a sealed unit, and seems to comprise of two AA Ni-Cad rechargable batteries.

The first unit I received would not work. The problem eventually turned out to be a bad charger for the battery pack. Amazon sent me a replacement pretty fast, and that unit seemed to work fine, but the controller acted funky when the left joy stick was pressed all the way to the left. This somehow caused it to trigger the left trigger buton too! Since I had still not returned my first unit, I used the controller from the first one, and after some mix-and-match, I had the whole setup working to my satisfaction. I waited for a few days before returning the remaining set to Amazon. Basically, this is all because of bad manufacturing and quality control.

Another possible problem with the unit is that is uses 2.4GHz frequency. I was not able to use the unit when my wife was speaking on our Panasonic 2.4GHz cordless phone. Fortunately, we also have an older 900MHz coreless phone that we remember to use when using this controller. I have an 802.11a wireless access point, which uses 5GHz so it does not interfere. Another potential interference causing unit is the microwave oven. If you have too many 2.4GHz sources at home, try the Logitech wireless controller instead. I believe it works at 900mhz.

Answer to drift problem
First, if your contoller drifts right then return it and get a new one.(YOU CAN NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, ONLY PREVENT IT) The reason for the problem is not making the switch on the bottom of the reciever match the controller slot. Also, the switch under the battery pack has to match the reciever and the controller slot.(IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS THE PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN)

Wireless Wonder
Here's the real skinny on this near clone of the original Microsoft Xbox controller (not the "s" controller). It is extremely comfortable, even after several hours of non-stop gaming. It includes a "RECHARGEABLE" battery pack and charger. The battery lasts for about 60 hours of use, and recharges in 4 hours. The controller works wirelessly on 2.4 Ghz frequency. This is great and very reliable, however, a word of caution; if you have other wireless items nearby, such as a phone or router that uses 2.4 Ghz frequency, this may cause intermittent interference. When using the controller next to my 2.4 Ghz wireless phone, when the phone rings or is in use, it causes the controller to act somewhat irrational during gameplay. I gather this is an issue not exclusive to this product or manufacturer, but to all electronics using the same radio frequency in close proximity. The controller has vibration control, and is excellent for FPS and TPS games, as well as for other games. Tested on 12 games and works exceptionally well. Also has turbo feature and is made of high quality with rubberized grips and thumbsticks. Only gave this controller 4 stars, instead of 5 stars, due to a repeated issue involving the controller having a tendency to occaisionally drift to the right on the left thumbstick, even when the stick is not being touched. This isn't an issue for most games, but presents an issue for shooter games, since pinpoint accuracy/control is needed. I've had the controller for a week, and really enjoy using it. The manufacturer claims it works to 30 feet away. The receiver also has two memory card slots, and is visually pleasing and complimentary to the system. My plan is to return this controller to Toys'R'Us, and exchange it for another one. Hopefully, the issue won't be there on the new one. Worth the 50 bucks.
