About the system: The PS One has all of the same functionality as the original PlayStation workhorse, will work with all of the same peripherals and accessories, and will play the existing PlayStation game library, as well as audio CDs (also note that, like the original PlayStation, it's not compatible with the more advanced PlayStation2). The difference here is that this new model is quite a bit smaller than its older brother, and quite a bit cuter, too.

About the games: NBA Live 2001 sports an enhanced atmosphere--new animated bench sequences, reactions, interactions, and celebrations--with all of the pro teams and arenas, including a new outdoor court. NBA Live 2001's rewards system will unlock bonuses such as new hairstyles, shoes, and player features to reward outstanding play. NHL 2001 includes 30 NHL teams--even the expansion Columbus Blue Jackets and Minnesota Wild--as well as 20 international teams. Create your own player, then enter him in the challenge mode to boost his skills. The 2001 installment features new player animations, new camera angles, and a Jumbotron. There are five gameplay modes: quick game, season play, career mode, playoffs, and tournament.

About the accessory: If you want to turn your PlayStation into a party, you'll be glad this pack comes with the PS One Multitap. Simply plug this accessory into one of your controller ports, and then plug up to four controllers and memory cards into the Multitap's built-in ports. Two Multitaps raise your capacity to eight controllers and memory cards (both of the included games support up to eight players). Wireless Excellance
This is a great product. No more wires across the bed. Switch from one room to another without wires. Would like to buy another set for ourselves and one for my grandson, but cannot find on any shelf in stores.

direction is an issue
It is true that direction of the controller is an issue, but there are great advantages to a wireless system. This controller is convenient and eliminates tripping accidents. We have found that the product is userfriendly and exhibits equivalent vibration and function of the standardcontroller. Our playstation is located at the level of the television, sodirection of the beam is not a problem for us. Walking in front of a playerdisrupts play briefly for either system due to visual interference, so thisis not really a problem unless you have a high traffic area in front ofyour T.V. We think the overall performance is excellent!

Good but for Adults only - NEeds to point at PSX Receiver
These wireless controllers are excellent IF AND ONLY IF, you point them at the PSX unit where the receiver is and it is very sensitive with its line of site.I recomend them, but nobody can walk in front of you, and youhave to always point the controller which means you may not be able to justlay down and play.

What!
I got this controller and I thought the guy who review this was wrong. The controllers work for some games like Football, but racing games they do not. They are alright but you have to have them pointed at the playstaion Ienjoy playing with them but they are not great for some games.

Wireless is the only way to go

This is great
i've never had any trouble with this. It likes me, and i like it back. Don't buy the sony brand ones unless you have an extra 8 bucks to burn. And i don't know why you would want to buy a sony brand one because this works just fine. Now heres the bad part. Just Pray that your Play station never breaks down , because if it does, and you call sony techline, then they'll probally go on for hours saying how bad it is to buy other brand memory cards. and they'll probaly invalidate your warrenty as well. other then that.. this is an awsome memory card. To tell the truth, i never use this for sport games. it just looks kewl and very cheap.

Exelente, pero puede mejorar
Es la primera vez que tengo oportunidad de comprar un video juego, y realmente estoy fascinado por la capacidad que tiene el PS1. La combinacion de productos de este "Racing Pack" me parece muy buena, pero en comparacion de otros timones que he visto por aqui, pienso que este podria mejorarse, ya que el timon que trae (VX3) se siente muy debil. Me tomo tiempo acostumbrarme al timon, pero despues de "setiarlo" a mis necesidades, ha sido de mucho agrado. Realmente recomiendo este pakete para personas que gustan de la velocidad y el reto. Estoy muy complacido con este video juego, todo fue muy facil: desempacar, conectar, sentarme y jugar. Gran Turismo 2, es exelente, me dejo sorprendido el hecho de encontrar mas de 200 autos para escoger (siempre y cuando se tengan los creditos necesarios) pero he pasado bastante tiempo y el desarrollo de las habilidades ha sido excepcional. Realmente lo recomiendo bastante.
