5-0 out of 5 stars You need one.
A must have for anyone who owns a PS2, with this you can save your game files so you can continue playing. They are compact and strong. Highly recommended.

2-0 out of 5 stars Building another Terminator
Using the technology from this 8MB Memory Card (left over from the dead Terminator), you should be able to construct another Terminator robot and send it through time.

If you create a bad Terminator robot, you should definitely soup it up like the A-Team van, with some crazy special powers that will help it destroy mankind. If you create a good Terminator robot, just make it like normal (and P.S. thanks for saving mankind).

4-0 out of 5 stars good, not great
The official 8MB PS2 memory card is good if you have only a couple of games.otherwise you need to buy more than one.It is said that it runs 200 times faster, which isn't entirely accurate (usually about 185 times, but 200 is supposed to be the max).I bought this thing used for $17 dollars. That's expensive. If you have an oldr model of Playstation, it would be better to shell out $100 for Final Fantasy 11/hard drive bundle. The hard drive is 40 gigs, which is 5,120 times larger than this memory card.If you have a slim ps2, you can't use the hard drive. In that case, buy the 2 pack memory cards from Sony. It runs from $32 to $40, so get that package.Overall, a fast, reliable card, but Sony needs to produce larger cards.

3-0 out of 5 stars be aware
ill tell you it is a good memory card but over time it will erase everything if you action replay max and if you use it on the getaway game it will erase every thing so if you have it just to let you know that

4-0 out of 5 stars THIS IS A GOOD MEMORY CARD
MEMORY cards are quite dear and hold 8 blocks of Memory, games like The Sims ect. take up alot of Memory space so saving other games are more difficult to save,i do Prefer The GameCube memory cards b-cs they have more space so ide often have to delete memory from Magic Gate 8MB(8 Memory Blocks) to save my newer games. The PS2 is backWards Compatible with its predcessor`s games,PS ONE wich is very useful but PS2 is a different console and PS2`s Memory Card`s can`t save any PS ONE game(and PS1 Mem. Cards can not save PS2 games)So ide recommend that if you are buying PSX games for a PS2 to buy/Make-sure you have a PS ONE memory card if you i am concidering getting a PlayStation 1 Memory Card for my PS2 so i can save these PS1 games ime concidering buying;WWF In Your House,WWF WarZone,WWF SmackDown! 1,WWF SmackDown 2:Know Your Role!(I am a WWF/WWE fan),GTA1,GTA2,Driver 1 and Driver 2 and all of these games are popular and very fun to play thats Y ime gettin a PS1 Memory Card and And these games though PS2 games are more Fun now and better graphix.Only get a 8MB card if you have&play 8 games.JOHN CENA AND RANDY ORTON are the best WWE superstasrs!!!!1 ... The Hard Disk Drive comes pre-installed with Square Enix's highly anticipated massively multiplayer online role-playing game Final Fantasy XI. PlayStation2 with HDD and separately sold Network Adapter
The Hard Disk Drive (HDD) slides into the back of the PS2. The separately sold Network Adapter attaches to the HDD.
In Final Fantasy XI, PlayStation 2 and PC players can create communities, as well as alter-egos that can be completely customized by race, sex, nation of origin, trade skill specialties, and numerous other physical traits. These communities co-exist in the world of Vana’diel. Users can immerse themselves in an expansive, original storyline that eventually builds the world’s history. Vana’diel is made up of vast, never-ending environments with more than 100 areas to explore. It is composed of three unique nations--one of which players choose to inhabit--and once players start their adventure, they may congregate, chat and do battle with the forces of evil, creating Vana’diel’s history through these interactions. Communication tools have been incorporated into Final Fantasy XI to assist in interaction between players, including easy-to-use chat and messaging systems.

Warriors from Final Fantasy XI
Once online, you can join parties with other PS2 players--and even players of the PC edition of the game.

  • Final Fantasy XI allows gamers to live in a truly persistent world that changes and evolves every time a player logs on.

3-0 out of 5 stars BIGGEST FINAL FANTASY FAN
Let me start by saying that I'm a big, big, big Final Fantasy fan. I have played and beaten every single Final Fantasy game ever made. I say this because my review of this game is not great.

The Good:
The graphics: are great which is nothing out of this world for any final fantasy game since this series probably has the best graphics of any other.
Online: You get to interact with players form all over the world, which is a good change since you are playing with real people for a change.
Music: Also not strange that this is one of the better parts of the game.

The Bad:
Everything else.
The whole game is about leveling your character. And this takes so, so, so long its ridiculous.
The world is so big that getting form one place to another takes forever specially when you are in the beggining of the game. ITS HUGE.
There is almos no story line here so you will probably spend 100 hours doing basically the same thing which is LEVELING.
Once you manage to get to a decent level (45 and up) the game gets just a little intresting.
You also spend such a long, long time getting the hang of skills such as fishing, or gardening or woodworking or things like this to get other things that you then have to sell at the auction house and wait more to get money to spend on better tools such as fishing rods and then spend a lot more time doing the skill.
The most looked for character in the game in party play is a white mage but for this character, to get to a high enough level to start fighting in a party takes longer since they are not very powerful and they die easier because they don't have a lot of HP

Anyway, I could go on and on and on and on about the bad things about the game. I guess there are certain people who have the time to play this game A LOT and like the online thing. For me it just didn't do it and I would sadly have to say that this is the worst game in the series. Which still makes it much better than most other games. You have to hold it to a higher standard since it is a Final Fantasy game.

RECOMENDATION: If you are not used to online games, at this cost I recomend you find out what the game actually is by reading, asking friends or if you can by actually playing it. If you know how an online game is played such as everquest and you like it then this is a great game for you. If you like more of a story driven RPG like myself then don't for any possible reason buy this game, even if money is not an issue its just a waste of time.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO HOW YOU COULD POSSIBLY EVER FINISH THIS GAME. IN FACT I DON'T KNOW WHAT FINISHING THE GAME FOR THIS GAME IN PARTICULAR MEANS.

3-0 out of 5 stars *Getting Started
Well I am currently new at the online gaming deal & trying to get set up with this Final Fantasy X1.I have the Playstaion2 thick version & finding out that you need one accessory after another just to start. I had to buy the new Hardrive& Fantasy Game version than the Network Adapter & than found out in order to keep from rebooting you will also need a router which i went with a Linksky's but still waiting to get it to hook up.I give the game 5 stars cause I know the game will be worth it,but i give overall three stars due to the complexity of just getting started....

I called playstaion2 & they walked me through setting up the network adapter/Harddrive than got to the on screen keyboard & found out now i need to attach my computer keyboard to the USB port on the front of playstaion2. To my-luck my keyboard has a 6-pin din hook up and now it wont connect to the USb port, so now i am deciding between the keyboard adapters or just plain buying a USB keyboard cause the Adapters are as much as a keyboard.

Now i find it very frustrating to have to buy all this additional accessories & feel that Sony could of made this a little easier to get started but if you want to play, you have to pay and they know this....My only fear is that once i get my router I know i will be in for more problems getting it set up and working with my DSL/playstaion2 but I only hope I dont have to buy anymore accessories.....it would of been cheaper just to buy the new playstaion2 version & then the Final FantsyX1 PCversion which is what i should of done to begin with.To avoid all this non-sense..

All in all though I am looking forward to eventually getting started cause I am a "Final Fantasy" FAN & know it will be all worth it in the end....c-ya online soon

5-0 out of 5 stars Humanity is so dumb sometimes
1. this game is fantastic (this comes from an avid player of all FF games and video games in general). This mmoRPG is more of an RPG than any other game in the FF series. You play the ROLE of a character and have complete freedom.

2. If you didn't know there was a monthly fee, you need to READ boxes and research items beore you buy them.

3. If 13 dollars a month is too much for you get a job...Seriously people.Even with minimum wage in this country you can make 5 dollars an hour. That's 3 hours a month and this game is payed for.You people are DISGUSTINGLY lazy!!!I don't care how old you are (I started working when i was 14).This is NOTHING in comparison to the bills you people are going to have to pay when you a. start driving b. have to pay off a mortgage or even c. pay off student loans.

4. don't complain if you haven't played the game for more than 1 month.

5. I work full-time and play in a band and i STILL have time to level my character and enjoy the game thoroughly.I have a LVL 42 PLD and a LVL 38 WHM (although i only play the PLD now and am considering deleting the WHM).

Anyways...yeah this game is incredible.I suggest it to anyone who has a sense of responsibilty and who would like to delve into the world of online gaming.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good, but be warned.
Final Fantasy XI for PS2 is great, especially if you don't have a powerful enough computer to run Final Fantasy XI for Windows. However just a fair warning, and this isn't really stated clearly enough: YOU CANNOT USE THIS PRODUCT WITH THE NEW SLIM PS2!! Just in case you dont know or were wondering. It is not possible to hook up the HDD to the new PS2. So if you are interested in this game, it is well worth the money, but only get it if you have an older PS2 (SCPH-500XX or SCPH-390XX).

3-0 out of 5 stars Fun, but...expensive.
This game is very fun.You can play with other people from Japan, U.S., Mexico, China, and more places in the world. If you don't want to see people from other countries, than you can just change your options.
There are four countries. They are the republic of Bastok, the kingdom of San'doria, the federation of Windurst, and the grand duchy of Jeuno.
There is racism also. The races are humes, elvaans, tarutaru, mithra, and galkas. In some of the races, you can choose to be either male or female.
There are a ton of jobs. They are warrior, monk, white mage, black mage, red mage, thief, paladin, black knight, beastmaster, ranger, bard, summoner, samurai, ninja, and dragoon. When you first start the game, you can only choose the fist six jobs. The other jobs, you must earn by doing quests.
There are some people that need help in Vana'diel.(Oh, and Vana'diel is the name of the world in which FFXI takes place at.)The people will tell you what to do.If you complete it, you will be rewarded of given nothing at all.(Don't worry! Most quests will give rewards.I only know one that does not.)The more quests you do, the more famous you become in the country and Van'diel. You're mog will even be happy.
A mog is your so-called servant at your mog hour house.Your mog house is where you live in Vana'diel. To go to your mog house, all you do is step one foot into the residential area of a country. All countries in Vana'diel have residential areas.
In FFXI, you can choose the country you want to serve as only at the beginning of the game. You choose any country you want to live at except for Jeuno. If you are not satisfied with your country, than you can apply for citizenship for a different country. You don't have to start the game all over again. For example, let's say you choose to be a mithra from Windurst. You want be a citizen of Bastok. All you do is go to Bastok, look for the federal area, and ask a lady for a citizenship application. It is not as hard as it sounds.
You need money to survive in Vana'diel. The currency there is called gil.Gil can be obtained by completing quests, selling items, or defeating specific monsters. If some players are generous, they will give you gil. That is very rare, though.
I could go on and on explaining but, there is no reason to.After a week or two, you will get the hang of it.You probably will also start making friends but, remember some stuff.
1.Don't give away personal information such as your age, sex, address, phone number, or anything like that.
2.Watch what you say!The Fianl Fantasy XIgame board people have some people playing the game looking for any mischief. This means that some players are actually supervisors. It is okay to use mild profanity but, don't use stong profanity. If you say something unfriendly to a person and they don't show up anymore, your game might be canceled. All I am telling you is watch what you say.
3.Remember the warning "Game experience may change during online. You can't control other people. The game is rated "T" for animated blood, and violence. Some people might sing a song with bad words in it.
The fees are high for this game. You buy what are calle "content ids."Content ids are what you use to make a character. You must pay for it.It cost 12.95 a month for FFXI and 1.00 a month for each one after the first one you purchased. You can purchase up to 16 content ids for FFXI.
Not that many people talk about Tetra Master.Tetra Master is a card game that comes with FFXI.It is not that much fun.It is a magical weird way of "Yu-Gi-Oh!."You play with other players.
I don't know which FFXI pack you should buy.The pc or PS2.The PS2 one is 99.88.The pc one is more than two-thirds cheaper. The problems here is memory and money. The PS2 version is more expensive than the pc version but, there is so much more memory available in the HDD.The pc version is cheaper but, memory here is the problem.FFXI takes up over 8,000 megabytes. That could cause a problem when it comes to installing new files. In any way or so, I suggest the PS2 version.
I hope you make up your decision. The game is very fun.My character is a hume named Deene who's nationality is Bastokan.I hope to meet you in the game! ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Works great for 1st 3 months
Do not purchase.I have bought 2 copies of this and in both instances, it worked for the first 3 months and then wouldn't go online to download codes nor would it even load the codes already stored on the flash card. This rendered both copies useless.Customer service is non-existent both on their website and by phone. When you call them (not toll free), you get an answering maching asking to leave your name and number for someone to call you back.So far, no one has returned my call and I have two $40 coasters now.Stay away, stay very far away from this product or any of their other AR products since I've had similar problems with all of their products.

5-0 out of 5 stars memory EXPANSION
Amazon states there is an expansion...not a memory card. the pack does come with an 8mb expansion that requires a previous memory card.

4-0 out of 5 stars False information
The product is great. It has a nice four controller hub and DVD laser lens cleaner disc that helps to extend the life of your playstation, a comfortable controller, a DVD remote (which feels cheap and isn't comfortable), an optical audio caple, an extension cable, a bag and NO MEMORY CARD! The amazon description clearly states that there is an 8mb memory card. I had to order a memory card after I recieved the item. So after I got the bundle pack and all of my games and playstation 2 I couldn't save anything till my other memory card arrived. Well to make it short, It was troublesome. 1-0 out of 5 stars Don't Buy It!!!
If it were possible to give 0 Stars, I would. This memory card is THE biggest piece of garbage ever! You have to pop the cd EVERYtime you want to use it. And sometimes it takes you 10 minutes of restarting your PS2 for it to FINALLY read the freakin' thing. The price and the storage capacity may sound tempting, but its not. Don't buy it! You'll spend many frustrating minutes restarting your PS2 to get it to work. Plus, if you scratch it bad enough to where its not readable. Well, there goes all your saved stuff, because you can't even access the memory without it. DON'T BUY IT!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars god!
This is all right, but you have to insert a cd 1st!Before I had no complients.I had it for about 2 years. it was cool.guess wut. It dont work with T.H.U.G.It works with gta and Jak 2 though.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Product for boosting your Ps2 needs!
This product I bought as I needed a combo pack for a few new items that I did not buy seperate. I have not tried the controller for its feel however the rest is solid! However I would like to make a side note, Amazon says this product comes with a 8MB card, it does not, so keep that in mind ok? =)

this item safe alot of money and has alot of great stuff in here

5-0 out of 5 stars Great
Great for if you just bought a PS2 or if you already have one and just want to have more accesories.Has everything you need like an extra controller which is a must if you only have one and if you already have two it comes in handy when you plug in the multi-player tap for parties and if you want to play with more than one friend. It also comes with a Extension cable if yor TV is farther away from where you sit to play than you would like it to be and also an optical cable which dosent really serve much of a big purpose. Also a Lighted DVD Remote for when you would like to watch a movie and dont want to mess with the controller to find out what buttons to press to play and stop, etc. Finaly, a DVD Lens Cleaner to fix your PS2 when Disc Read Error pops up.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for beginners
If you just bought a PS2 this is a great buy. It has everything you basically will need. An extra controller (a must on every system), a dvd remote (very handy instead of messing with regular controller and can function as a controller for non analog games :), a multitap (great for parties or people with more than one friend), a controller cord extender (great if your couch/chair isn't that close to the tv and the cord pulls out alot), and finally a lens cleaner (prevents very bad "disc read error" s).There is an audio cord too but you don't need it. This is a great beginner's pack from a dependable company. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Really Not Worth The Hassle
I've owned this memory card ever since I accidentally bought it with my PS2 in 2002.It's worked with every game I've used it with.Unfortunately, the memory card is a huge, huge hassle. You have to insert the CD EVERY time you want to use the memory card. You may think it's not much of a hassle but it is!

Having been dealing with it for 3 years now, I can tell you that I will not play my PS2 just because I don't feel like swapping CD's.Plus, if you insert a game and press the button to try to boot from the CD before the disc has spun-up (making the little whirring noise) the Memory Card software just locks up and you have to go through the entire process again. Just spend the couple extra bucks and buy the Nyko (the ugly yellow one) or the official Sony PS2 ones ... you'll have earned your money back in time and annoyance saved in about a week.

The whole cd thing is a hassle anyway, but my seller didnt even send me the cd, so the card doesnt work.Sometimes you get what you pay for.Just dont be cheap and get a memory card by Sony.

2-0 out of 5 stars Stay away
from this card. It's almost the same price as the Sony card and you have to load their CD every time you turn on the system. The hassle is not worth the small savings.

3-0 out of 5 stars This card works ok but the cd need is annoying.
This card works fine with all the games that I have including Grand Theft Auto 3. The only problem I have is having to load the cd every time witch becomes very annoying. If this does not bother you then this card is a good buy.

1-0 out of 5 stars Hmm, let me hit myself a few times...
OK, STAY CLEAR OF THIS Memory Card. ... and it was
totally NOT worthit. It don't even work. PLus that " please put in a CD to activate it" really wastes time. If you wan't a mc, stay as far away of this card as possible, if you see it, run... ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent product, excellent price.
I bought my first Mad Catz product - this memory card - about three years ago.Since then I've added to my collection of MC products everything from PS1 & PS2 controllers to multitaps to steering wheels.Mad Catz products are less expensive than Sony's, and every bit as good quality.I've *never* had an MC product go bad on me - including the many items I've bought used on auction sites.I don't doubt a bit that the reviews written by users who say that their Mad Catz items were "broken within a week" were sorely abused - probably thrown across the room every time they lost a game.Take care of your stuff, and it will last. Mad Catz makes great products, give 'em a try and you'll see the same.

1-0 out of 5 stars Mad Catz Typically makes shoddy stuff
Any Controller or other device ive ever owned from madcatz hasnt lasted over a month, this stupid card was no exception, my advice is stick with the official PS2 memory card, they last forever...

1-0 out of 5 stars Mad Catz Bad News

And The Memory card last quite a bit longer but also gave out on me i have had it for about 2 years now and had no problems with it it never left slot 1 on my console and just the other day it crashed on me the card was not abused in any way was no were near full so now Im waiting foir my next check to get an Offical Sony Card And Wish The I Could Recover the 53 hours I put in to Kingdom Hearts And the 30 hours i put in to Soulcaliber 2 And the 40 hours in to GTA Vice City So You can buy this card save a cople of bucks but when it goes out on you and you lose hours worth of gameplay how much are you really saveing?

5-0 out of 5 stars Get this card
If you are looking for a card, get this one.My brother bought another cheaper version, and he has to insert a cd before he can load his card.

This card was just as cheap and has no problems.Loads like normal, no extra steps.

Just get it.

1-0 out of 5 stars re-stating:Do Not Buy This!
I have experienced everything that everyone else has regarding this memory card. You can't use the PS2 in the vertical position, you have to insert the cd before every game (which gets especially annoying if the game locks up and you need to restart.)You can't transfer files to another card without them being corrupted, and now the card seems to have stopped working so I can add no more saves. Please do not buy this, just get the standard 8mb card and be safe.

1-0 out of 5 stars Must use included cd
Everyone else who has written here has valid points, one other thing I would like to add is that you are required to boot up with their cd first.Unfortunately, it is one of the mini-cd's so if you have your playstation standing vertical, there is no way for the disc to stay in place.Stay away from this junk.

1-0 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY!
Buying this memory card was a complete waste of money.First of all, every time you want to use the card, you have to load a disc to boot up the card. This was definitely not included on the outside packaging of the product.

After transferring saved files from my old memory card to the Max Memory card, all of my old files were corrupted and my Playstation no longer recognizes the old card.In addition, the files saved to the Max Memory card couldn't be accessed either.

I was definitely going to return this product, but, unfortantely, I dropped the card, which promptly shattered when it hit the floor.

So pretty much, I spent around $25 to delete all my saved files and render another memory card useless.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

1-0 out of 5 stars False Marketing and Corrupted Game Files
The package doesn't say anything about having to boot up off an included disc to use untill you open it up.And if it wasn't bad enough having to boot up off a seperate disc everytime you wanted to use the card the first time I used it I compressed all my unused games onto the Max card and then tried to delete them off my old card... not only did delete my entire card instead of just the files I copied the card is no longer recognizable by the PS2 system or any games I have.It still shows up when I use the MAX OS disc, but none of the files are accessable by the games that use them.

Shortly after that all the files coppied over became corrupted, so now all of my saved files are gone.I'm not sure if I received a faulty card but I am very dissatisfied either way.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not what I expected.
When I purchased this memory card, I thought I would basically have a regular memory card with more save game space.I was wrong.First of all, if you want to play ANY game that uses this memory card, you need to boot your PS2 with the Max Memory disc. This usually takes 30 seconds to a minute and after pressing a few keys on your controller, you are then prompted to insert the regular game disc. This was a pain in the you-know-what and I found myself hating the regular boot ups. Also, the memory card is already included with numerous save games for several PS2 titles which is another nuisance because I want the memory card for its extra space, I don't want to fill it up with wasteful save games. I also heard that this product breaks more easily than the standard PS2 cards. All in all, this product is more of a gimmick item than a useful PS2 accessory. My advice is to stick with two regular PS2 memory cards and leave this product alone.I ended up returning mine, I'm sure I'm not the first person to do that. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars IT NEVER WORKES AND NEVER WILL!!!!!!
I bought this device new and i followed the instructions exactly. It didn't work i tried with only one cheat still nothing all it does is freeze each time i try to start a game. Dont wast your money on this product even if it is in the bargon bin. Go by code breaker it is the best works 100 percent of the time. AR stinks IT NEVER WORKED AND NEVER WILL!!!!!!

1-0 out of 5 stars Sony PS2-Model No# SCPH-50001,buyer beware!
If you have the new Sony PS2-model number# SCPH-50001,this disc will not play on your console period, take a look on the back of your console, very simple, take a look,if your model number is SCPH-50001,your not compatible. Intec web site:(codejunkies.com),hopefully I saved you some money and heartache.

1-0 out of 5 stars Buy the GameShark not this piece of crap
Worst product I've ever bought for the PS2.

Could not even get some games to load up as I tried to enable about 30 codes for a game. So, I went to www.codejunkies.com and looked at their support site, it said that I might have too many codes enabled. After reading this, I was down to about 4 codes.Guess what?It still didn't load up. It got me frustrated and really pissed me off. I should've bought the gameshark instead.I had the gameshark once, all games worked fine with no problems what so ever. With the AR you can't even go update the codes automatically through the network adapter.Always get a error message.Think twice before you get this product.

3-0 out of 5 stars get a gameshark instead
i recently bought an action replay, and found if you do too many codes, it freezes at the "updating code list" screen.i would much rather have a codebreaker or gameshark.but it's ok, because the codes work well

5-0 out of 5 stars The best game enhancer available, period.
Forget the rest because Action replay is the best. I've owned every code system since the Super Nintendo and I've always found Action Replay to be the best supported, most reliable cheat product around.

This PS2 version is no different. It comes preloaded with codes for just about every game you could imagine. It says in the manual that if a game crashes it's because you have too many codes turned on, and they are conflicting with each other. It's just common sense and the codes I've tried all work 100%.

The system is upgradeable too, which means you can build your own customized code library based on the games you actually own. And when you buy a new game just visit codejunkies.com and you'll find the codes. You can enter them using your dual shock controller, then AR saves them to its cartridge (which plugs into either memory card slot).

Shame the DVD player won't play European movies but I heard that's down to the US PS2's architecture. It's just not designed to play region 2 DVD's.But the good news for anime fans is you can use AR to watch Jap DVD's without any problems.

There's also a memory card manager feature that lets you shrink the size of your game saves. Why would you want to do that?Well it frees up more space on your memory cards, a useful feature.

All in all this is a great game enhancer, the best on the market, and recommended to any gamer whose ever got stuck in a game (and let's face it, that's most of us!). ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Don't buy this!!!!
When I first got myself a PS2 about 2 years ago I made the mistake of not getting a memory card. So I ran back into the store and grabbed the first one I saw. Unfortunately it was this piece of junk. By the time I realized I had to load the software every time I played a game it was too late to take it back to the store. So I just dealt with it until just recently when I bought myself a real PS2 memory card. I also have a pretty good idea that this card and the software caused Jak II to have some glitches including a lockup and a cutscene not playing. So whatever you do don't buy this, just spend the couple extra bucks and buy a regular memory card.

1-0 out of 5 stars BEWARE! This won't work with the new slimmer PS2 models!
The new slimmer PS2 models won't even load the memory manager cd. If you still use this memory card, you'll have to use the older bulkier PS2 models for the thing to work or transfer the files on the mega memory card onto normal cards. I can't access my FFX saves anymore!!!

1-0 out of 5 stars Finally
Finally and it only took 3 months to update the picture. This is what you get. I still suggest getting something else, as there are better deals to be gotten.

1-0 out of 5 stars Not what the pic shows!
This is not at all what is in the picture. I first tried buying the 16 meg set advertised without the picture but there is no action replay. So I tried again with this set and again, No action replay. All it is, Is an 8 meg card. So unless all you want is a plain mem card, STEER CLEAR. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars It's Not a Bad Product
I bought this item about 6 months ago for the memory card, and it has done fine. I like how the memory card allows you to crush files, because it allows you to save much more than the normal 8mb. The worst feature of the product is that each time you want to start playing, you must insert a disc and wait a few seconds while the PS2 registers the memory card. Besides having to insert the disc everytime to make the memory card work, there isn't anything wrong with the product.

1-0 out of 5 stars Don't buy this!!!
After I bought this I sold it in a garage sale for a buck. There's not much more I have to say about this.

1-0 out of 5 stars IT STINKS!!!
I Hated This Memory Card ! ! ! It Won't Work Unless You Put In The Disk It Comes With. So, If The Disc Is Scratched The Memory Card Doesn't Work.

2-0 out of 5 stars Action-Replay....................LOADING....................
ok this action replay sucks!!it only works with games that have a purple disc back!!but hey,if you want cheats for kingdom hearts and final fantasy(since they both have silver backs,)go to www.codejunkies.com and keep on going down list until you find "square-soft doesn't like to cheat, but WE do!!" and click it,buy the cheat disc and when you get it....vowla! you get 2 lists of cheats for final fantasy X and 3 lists of cheats for Kingdom Hearts!!any-way don't buy this product!!stay away!!
